Excellent holiday home located within a secure complex & communal swimming pool

Fantastically located one bedroom duplex with free WIFI, just 80 metres from the beach

This modern one bedroom duplex is located within a secured gated complex just 80 metres from the golden sandy coved bay in the Venta Lanuza area of El Campello, Alicante. The urbanisation is very well kept throughout and offers you access to a spacious communal swimming pool and well maintained garden area. From the centre of the Complex there is also a side gate that leads you to within 30 metres of the tram link where you can connect to El Campello centre in 10 minutes, Alicante City 35 minutes and Benidorm 40 minutes. There is also a local bus which stops outside of the complex that will locate you to the centre of Campello (Monday to Friday every hour)The popular Coastal Towns of La Villajoyosa and El Campello are within 15 minutes, here you will locate many cafes bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. There are weekly markets on Wednesday (El Campello) and Thursdays (La Villajoyosa). Within a 3 minute stroll of the complex you will be sat on the golden sandy beach in the Cala Nuza bay, in the summer months there is sun bed hire and a Beach bar to grab a cool refreshing drink. You can access the newly reformed and ultra modern Jet Set beach bar where you can sip champagne or enjoy a light meal whilst looking out to the Mediterranean Sea. The bar also offers you sun loungers for customers. For a more rustic style of Spanish dining try the Restaurant Venta Lanuza ( 5 minutes away) were during the day you can have a 4 course meal with complimentary drink for just 10 euro’s weekdays or 15 euro’s at the weekend. At night time and throughout the day the restaurant offers delicious tapas. There is also a local English Bar (Bar El Poblet) (nice food and atmosphere) Spanish tapas bar, and also a small supermarket here for your every day essentials You can locate the bars and Supermarket via the bus service outside of the complex or if feeling energetic you can walk. Also in this area is the Hotel Ancantalada which offers you a plaza with Spanish and Italian restaurants, cafe bar and small shop these are also located via the bus service or walking.

WHERE TO GO:-

Take a ride on the tram it offers a fantastic low cost effect service and you can go to the theme parks, Mundo mar, Terra Mitica and Aqualandia which has many water slides. La Marina is a shopping centre but on the roof it has fairground attractions for children. You can also go to El Campello, La Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Alicante all very nice places along with many unspoilt areas along the scenic coastal Route.

Inside the house:-

The compact kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine, and toaster. Washing machine and a large fridge/freezer.The property offers Air conditioning/Cool and Heating in the lounge and double bedroom, In the lounge you have access to the use of a chaise longue double sofa bed for those extra persons. A tiled semicircular stairway with nice window feature leads to the large bathroom and spacious double bedroom. The bathroom offers shower/bath, sink, bidet and toilet.. The airy bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, 2 built in wardrobes and dressing table providing ample storage. . A balcony leads from the bedroom where there are a table and 2 chairs. for relaxing. Outside of the property you can sit and relax on the porch area where you can dine El Fresco style or just sit and relax reading a book or your kindle. Over all the property is spacious and positioned within a quiet area of the complex with access to secured parking.

There is a local tram system that is very cheap and reliable and can access you to many Towns and villages along the panoramic coastal route. Alicante city can be access within 35 minutes via the Line 1 tram.

Ideal for a quiet stay with access to a tram

We wanted a few weeks away in the sun with access to public transport. This was the ideal spot. 5 mins walk to the tram for Alicante and Denia. The apartment had everything we needed but we would have liked a bigger bed as we are used to a superking. A sofa sofa would have let me give this a 10 out of 10. Martene is very efficient and she is probably the best I have dealt with when booking accommodation. You can't go on the tram with dogs so whilst the apartment is ok for dogs the tram would be a problem.

Super Wohnung

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Vermieterin total nett. In etwa 100 Metern befindet sich ein

kleiner Sandstrand und wenn man nach Alicante will, bietet sich die Bahn an, deren Haltestelle in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
