Nestling on a quiet lane in the village of Prines, Villa Elli is a superb rural hideaway, timber-built in traditional style. Set in an area of magnificent natural beauty, surrounded by gardens of pretty flower shrubs and fruit trees. It is more than a country cottage only minutes from the beach...

Villa Elli is ideal as a peaceful hideaway and combined with a car a perfect start point for any of your Cretan adventures. Prines village is at the center of Crete making it easy to visit the whole island. It also has easy access to all necessary points of interest like market, banks, hospital etc.

Villa Elli consists of a ground and upper ground floors along with a first floor in a form of an attic or loft. It can accommodate 6 people in beds.

- Interior Layout -

On the ground floor there is an open plan area with the living room, the dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a piano area and the fireplace. There is also an entertainment set with a flat screen satellite TV and a game console. The ground floor also has a WC with laundry facilities. From the living room and the dining area there is access to the veranda and the pool-garden area.

On the upper ground floor there are two double bedrooms both with a double bed, the main bathroom. Both rooms have their own veranda with sitting arrangement.

The loft is a third bedroom with two single beds, closet and a private balcony. A small area but with a unique romantic decoration and cosy arrangement.

- Outdoor areas -

The villa is completely fenced and the large trees, surround's it create a complete private space for all guests. There is a private parking area (not roof covered) that could accommodate up to two cars and is controlled by a garage door.

The outdoors contain the 25 square meters swimming pool, the park with dining facilities, the barbecue area, one veranda with a seating area and many flower gardens!

Villa Elli is situated outside the beautiful city of Rethymno, on the traditional village of Prines. where you can find some excellent taverns and a mini market!

Prines is 8 km away from Rethymno centre, only 4 km away from the sea and 2 km away from the village Atsipopoulo, a well known village which has grown up fast in last 10 years and now is actually a small town and a suburb of Rethymno town.

There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services.

Staying in Prines village you have the advantage of staying in the country side and be only a few minutes away from big markets, shops and the beach!

The village itself is beautiful with many vegetations and olive tree forests. It is ideal for those who love nature, peace and quiet it can offer.

Finally the location is giving you the possibility to visit many sightseeing and beaches in the North or South Crete!

The remaining balance is due to be paid 20 days prior to the guest’s arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled 4 months prior to the guest’s check-in date, the deposit is refundable. Otherwise, if the reservation is cancelled after the above period, the deposit is non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled 20 days or less prior to the guest’s check-in date, the balance paid is non-refundable.
