Beautifully furnished with every creature comfort, extras include 6 beach chairs, wonder wheelie, two chaise lounges, noodles for the pool, beach unbrella, George Foreman grill, two tables on the balcony with seating for 8. New carpet,painting, lighting and commodes.

Kitchen recently redone by Marion Munoz famous designer for the elite. Beamed celing, new granite counters.... to die for.

We had a great time staying in the condo and everything that we needed was provided. The condo was clean and well equipped and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony was great and a great place to have breakfast. The Rowlands were very prompt on returning the damage deposit and were very helpful in making our stay a good one.

We spent our thanksgiving week at the Rowland condo with our 3 adult daughters. The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you would ever need. We hope to make this our annual tradition. We do like to grill so our only disappointment was that there are no grills or grilling allowed on the property. It is a hike to the beach but with the carts that are available it was easy to take all the chairs etc. to the beach. Everyone loved that the health club was so close and well equipped. We hope to be back!

High End finishes but very comfortable!!

The Rowland Condo was the best unit that we have ever leased! Everything that we needed from paper towels to laundry soap was furnished! The linens were very nice and the beds...amazingly comfortable. And the VIEW!!!!!!! I would love to have the opportunity to stay again!

Best stay ever

My family rented the owners unit at the Esplanade in 2011 and we had a chance to look at this condo. We rented it for 2012 and again this year 2013. It is beautiful and clean.The pictures of the condo do not reflect how nicely decorated. There is an abundance of towels and beach equipment. We love the beach and pool. We brought our son and his new wife this year and they loved it also. We have been coming to Marco Island for 20 years and we will continue to try to stay here.

Joey's Pizza is close by and very good. Hoot's offers a geat breakfast and Kretch's is very good for steak and seafood.
