The villa is located in a quiet street, overlooking the mountains and the sea. The location is quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation is on two floors that are connected by a spiral staircase. The villa has air conditioning / heating in all rooms and ceiling fans in living room. All bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. It has a Sonos sound system and Wi-Fi. It is possible to separate the two floors that allow rent for 4 or 6 people, and the maximum 10. At both plants you can be accessed separately from outside the villa. The modern and fully equipped kitchen with American Frigo, etc. It is located on the main floor. A laundry room / storage can be found on the lower level of the garden, next to the toilet outside. It has a private garage. Outside there several terraces and a separate barbecue area with fantastic views over the garden and pool. A representative of the owner is always available to assist with all types of cleaning and maintenance and provide assistance to any concerns or advice you need. The maintenance of the pool and the garden are served by professional staff. To the nearest beach you can walk in about 15 minutes or in five minutes. A supermarket, tennis club, laundry, bakery, hairdresser, shop and restaurants are within walking distance in the same area.

Input and output
Our preferred changeover day is Saturday, but we understand that the availability of flights may vary and are flexible on this point. The villa will be available after 4 pm on the day of arrival and please customers vacate before 10am on day of departure.
On the Zone
Beach / Coast
The nearest beach is five minutes by car or walking about 15 minutes. There are parking areas on beaches.
The beach in this area is one of the best maintained on the coast and has a very good selection of restaurants and bars.
It is possible to walk for miles in each direction, if you want to walk to the city of Marbella.
There are other beaches, ports, etc. near.
Marbella is about 5 km and Puerto Banus about a 15-20 minute drive.
Marbella Golf and Santa Clara are five minutes away and Rio Real within a ten minute drive. Numerous fields are available within 20/30 minutes drive. There are several local agents who can arrange tee times at most fields.
How to get
The nearest airport is Malaga, which is at a distance of approximately 30 minutes.
Although it is not essential to have a car, this opens the opportunity to meet and explore the area more fully with Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar, etc. at a convenient distance for day trips.
In the complex, within walking distance, supermarket, car rental, laundry / dry cleaning, hairdressing, restaurants and tennis club.
A 10/15 minute drive west is the shopping center La Canada with all kinds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, etc.
Shopping in the city center of Marbella and Puerto Banus is very popular. Also the markets, especially the Trail Saturday morning at Puerto Banus are very are frequented by visitors.
In a radius of approx. 30 km ATTRACTIONS you number are children. To highlight a few: Selvo Park Estepona, Zoo and Crocodile Park in Fuengirola, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World and Sea Life in Benalmadena, many Water Parks and Amazon Aventuria very close in the urbanization of Elviria.
