The villa is located in a quiet street, overlooking the mountains and the sea. The location is quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation is on two floors that are connected by a spiral staircase. The villa has air conditioning / heating in all rooms and ceiling fans in living room. All bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. It has a Sonos sound system and Wi-Fi. It is possible to separate the two floors that allow rent for 4 or 6 people, and the maximum 10. At both plants you can be accessed separately from outside the villa. The modern and fully equipped kitchen with American Frigo, etc. It is located on the main floor. A laundry room / storage can be found on the lower level of the garden, next to the toilet outside. It has a private garage. Outside there several terraces and a separate barbecue area with fantastic views over the garden and pool. A representative of the owner is always available to assist with all types of cleaning and maintenance and provide assistance to any concerns or advice you need. The maintenance of the pool and the garden are served by professional staff. To the nearest beach you can walk in about 15 minutes or in five minutes. A supermarket, tennis club, laundry, bakery, hairdresser, shop and restaurants are within walking distance in the same area.

Hob, American fridge / freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, cooker hood, coffee maker, kettle. (Washer and dryer are in a separate laundry.)

Dinning room:

Separated from the kitchen by a bar open.

Living room:

With access through glass doors to a balcony with fantastic views and on the other side to a grassy area leading to the pool area and barbecue. TV, Sonos sound system, fan.

Cleaning / towels / linen:

Linens and towels are provided, but please customers provide their own towels for pool / beach.

Cleaning during stay at the customer, if desired.

We can arrange cots for rent.

To the exterior

The villa is set in its own private grounds and is completely enclosed by walls or hedges with an access door locked.

There are several terraces at all levels of the property equipped to sit, relax or dine outdoors.

Separate barbecue area with ample seating to enjoy dining outdoors enjoying fantastic views and sunsets.

rectangular fenced pool of about 8 x 4 meters and 1.8 meters deep at the lowest point. Children of all forms must be supervised at all times in the pool area.

Deck chairs and lounge chairs are available.

Input and output

Our preferred changeover day is Saturday, but we understand that the availability of flights may vary and are flexible on this point. The villa will be available after 4 pm on the day of arrival and please customers vacate before 10am on day of departure.

On the Zone

Beach / Coast

The nearest beach is five minutes by car or walking about 15 minutes. There are parking areas on beaches.

The beach in this area is one of the best maintained on the coast and has a very good selection of restaurants and bars.

It is possible to walk for miles in each direction, if you want to walk to the city of Marbella.

There are other beaches, ports, etc. near.

Marbella is about 5 km and Puerto Banus about a 15-20 minute drive.


Marbella Golf and Santa Clara are five minutes away and Rio Real within a ten minute drive. Numerous fields are available within 20/30 minutes drive. There are several local agents who can arrange tee times at most fields.

How to get

The nearest airport is Malaga, which is at a distance of approximately 30 minutes.

Although it is not essential to have a car, this opens the opportunity to meet and explore the area more fully with Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar, etc. at a convenient distance for day trips.

Other details

In the complex, within walking distance, supermarket, car rental, laundry / dry cleaning, hairdressing, restaurants and tennis club.

A 10/15 minute drive west is the shopping center La Canada with all kinds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, etc.

Shopping in the city center of Marbella and Puerto Banus is very popular. Also the markets, especially the Trail Saturday morning at Puerto Banus are very are frequented by visitors.

For children

In a radius of approx. 30 km ATTRACTIONS you number are children. To highlight a few: Selvo Park Estepona, Zoo and Crocodile Park in Fuengirola, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World and Sea Life in Benalmadena, many Water Parks and Amazon Aventuria very close in the urbanization of Elviria.

Spacious, gracious, private home

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Villa Daysi.

We were a party which over the period of two weeks changed from 4 adults and one child to 5 adults, one child and one baby. There was plenty of space for us all, a beautiful garden and wonderful pool.

We all felt that the pictures just do not do the place justice. We arrived late at night and the pool was lit and looked totally magnificent from the huge picture window in the living room.

We were greeted by Birgitt, who was a wonderful host and made us all most welcome. I had asked for a few groceries to start us off; we had been given a banquet and then some.

Each of the bedrooms has its own en suite shower (and the main bedroom also has a jacuzzi bath which our 1 year old granddaughter enjoyed thoroughly) which are beautifully appointed with powerful showers and masses of towels.

The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery. We were lucky enough to have a chef in our party and he quickly made himself at home in the kitchen.

Everything that you could possibly need is in the property and if you found something you would like to be added, I am pretty sure that either Birgitt or the managing agents (who are very friendly and approachable) would arrange for it to be supplied.

The property is set on a private residential area which has all the necessary facilities; restaurants, supermarket, gym, tennis club.

I would say that they estimate a 15 minute walk to the beach - this may be a little underestimated as it takes a minimum of 10 minutes to walk to the bottom of the residential area and then another 10 to 15 minutes to get to the beach from there. It is very hilly, so add at least 10 minutes more for the return journey. Very nice beach and worth the walk to find beach bars/restaurants.

We would all thoroughly recommend staying here!

Alles vorhanden zu günstigem preis

Das Objekt liegt sehr schön nahe der Stadt Marbella in der ruhigen Urbanisation El Rosario, hat in unmittelbarer Umgebung einige Restaurants und zum Strand nur rund 1 km. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Badezimmer modern, teilweise mit Whirlpool, der Außenpool ist groß, ebenso der Garten, in dem Kinder sogar Fußball spielen können. Insgesamt gesehen, ein Haus für Familien mit Kinder oder für Golfspieler im Winter.

Mooie, rustige vakantievilla, geschikt voor familie

Aankomst door conciërge zeer hartelijk en beknopt. Alarmsysteem, ijskast gevuld met snacks,cava, frisdrank,... bij aankomst.

Zeer ruime kamers, babybedje/stoeltje op aanvraag stond gereed. Erg verzorgde vakantievilla + tuin, mooi zwembad met ligstoelen. Vooral : rustig! En toch dichtbij winkeltjes, restaurants, Marbella centrum. Sommige kamers roken wat aan de muffe kant, extra verluchting nodig, alsook muggenspray! Verder alles aanwezig voor een familie vakantie : handdoeken, lakens, vuilzakken, wasmiddel, hoeft nergens extra voor te zorgen. Wij hebben een zeer fijne vakantie gehad : mede dankzij deze mooie villa!

Villa très agreable et spacieuse au calme dans un lotissement haut de gamme surveillé.

Très belle maison bien située sur les hauteurs de Marbella au calme dans une résidence privée et surveillée. Bien agencée et bien équipée ( clim dans toutes les pièces, buanderie, nombreux rangements, jeux pour enfants ..) avec belle piscine. Seul bémol : problème de débit d'eau ( qui est en train d'être resolu) et odeur d'humidité au sous sol. Je recommande ce logement.

Villa de rêve

Très belle villa située dans une urbanisation sécurisée où nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Intérieur moderne, propre, avec une décoration soignée et un très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Quartier calme qui nous a permis de nous reposer et de profiter de la piscine et de toutes les commodités en toute tranquillité.

Those who want to discover more of Andalusia can book bus tours a day or more guided tours of Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Malaga, Ronda or Gibraltar, or book tours to explore Morocco Tangier excursions.

There are so many attractions, theme parks, museums, archéologicos sites, caves, boat trips to see Delphines, and much much more around Marbella, most visitors left wanting to return again and again.
