Upon moving to Vero Beach with my husband, Harvey, we quickly realized this place was a dream come true. I decided to rent to seasonal visitors and have never looked back. I've met some of the most interesting, colorful people ever and it's all happening in paradise. I developed my beach house with the tropics in mind and created an atmosphere that allows people to transfer themselves in mind/body/spirit so they can feel like they truly escaped. Come visit; you'll be enchanted.
Colleen Rosenbaum purchased this house in 2006
I chose Vero Beach because it was aquatic, tropical, friendly, and beautiful. This house just oozes all of that with style. I couldn't ask for more.
Charming, serene, a treat to your eyes, fun, and fantastic. You can have it all in one place or know that and venture out to explore all that Vero Beach has to offer. While being mesmerized by our gentle breezes, smelling the salt air, you can choose your own splendor in the tropics. There's plenty of unique restaurants, water adventures, excursions, theme parks one and a half hour away, and much much more. As they say, some things you just have to experience. Come see for yourself. Vero Beach is truly unique unto itself.
We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!! The home is every bit as lovely as it looks (probably more so, actually), clean, well-appointed with every convenience imaginable, and one block from one of the prettiest, widest beaches I've ever seen (and I've seen a few!). The beach is also dog friendly before 9am and after 4pm (which we found to be quite generous). The entire neighborhood is quite dog friendly actually. Colleen and Harvey are delightful as "landlords"....probably could be your next best friends. We like to golf and there are 2 really nice public courses within 25 minutes. Bike riding is great (we brought our own and used the two seater in the garage for guests to join us). Vero has plenty of restaurant choices and the overall atmosphere is restful but with plenty to do if you so choose. There really is no 'down' side to renting here and we found the price to be quite competitive. It's a wonderful break from winters up north!!!
Our group of 7 (mom, dad, and five young adults) spent the week before Xmas here. The house was very clean and spacious enough for all of us to be in the house together but not be in each other's way. We loved the beautiful pool, around which we spent those parts of the day when we weren't at the beach - which is just a few minute walk from the house. We had everything we needed to prepare food in the kitchen or on the gas grill. This was our first time in Vero Beach and we're looking forward to returning soon. Colleen and her paradise get our highest recommendation.
Colleen, we had an absolutely wonderful time at your house. It was much closer to the beach than we thought and our feet were in the sand in a matter of minutes. We loved hanging out by the pool and the whole house was just perfect. It was wonderful meeting you and Holly! She was such a sweet girl! We hope to see you again in the future.
As we normally do, we chose this home from the VRBO site and we weren't disappointed. Colleen has a beautifully appointed home with all the amenities one could hope for. The master suite is very comfortable, the kitchen is modern & clean and there is a very pleasing variety of seating & dining options.
The pool area is quite stunning with a variety of both sun & shade options, in addition to the lovely pool itself: by the end of our stay we were having to drag ourselves away from it.
Colleen is extremely nice, helpful & attentive: she welcomed us into her villa and was always available to assist. She clearly takes great pride in her Vero property and this is reflected in how well-maintained it is.
The quiet but stunning beach is a 5 minute maximum walk away beach is easily reached along a very pretty residential road. The beach is south of the main Vero Beach resort area and the maximum number of people we saw on the whole stretch was 10!
Overall, this beautiful property was a major factor in us having probably our most relaxing holiday ever. Thank you Colleen: we'd love to come back.
This is a wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood, just steps from the beach. The decor is very thoughful and charming. Colleen is a great host, very friendly and attentive. We had a great vacation. P.S. they are not kidding about the turtle protection area, we saw gopher turtles several times.
We found Treasure Lane to be just as we had hoped, and better! Colleen was so accomodating and kind, and has done an amazing job making her home a haven for people who vacation there. It is exquisitely decorated and meticulously clean. There were 6 of us...my husband and I with our 25, 19, 16 and 13 year old kids. There was plenty of room for us to sleep comfortably, eat meals together (along with 2 other family who stayed somewhere else but spent a lot of time with us during the day) and play lots of games. The pool was wonderful and the beach was fabulous. We even had perfect weather! We highly recommend this place, and would love to visit again in the future. We were so glad to meet Colleen too...she's great!
This casually eco-oriented chic oceanside beach house is nessled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon, just steps from your seductive, private beach. Charming coastal paradise abounds with activities such as golf, tennis, boating, surfing, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, boating, kayacking, sightseeing, and shopping opportunities to name a few. As a first-rate cultural center, Vero Beach hosts tantalizing Broadway comparable theatres, art, comedy and more. Popular venues include Riverside, Lyric, and Sunrise Theaters. There's also ample museums and ecological centers, such as the McKee Botanical Garden, The Vero Beach Art, Mel Fischer's, and Navy Seal Museums. Your adventure can take you trekking through the picturesque seacoast via the on-site tandem bike. You could venture the surf on your body board, snorkle, kayack, paddle board or even by pontoon boat. Ultimately, you may be surprised to fine your hidden treasure all along was right under your own two feet. Does it get any better?!
