Lovely apartment, great location.

We had a very good 2 week stay in the apartment in Las Palmas. Very well equipped and located centrally for restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Pedro was first class and arrival, stay and departure were very straightforward.

Muy buena ubicación para los que prefieran los núcleos urbanos y un excelente equipamiento

Es un apartamento ideal para parejas a las que les guste estar en un núcleo urbano teniendo a mano todos los servicios que en éste se pueden encontrar. El disponer de aparcamiento propio es una ventaja inestimable para los que alquilan un vehículo para sus desplazamientos. Además, el equipamiento del apartamento es EXCELENTE por lo que se puede sentir uno como en casa.

Trevlig lägenhet med centralt läge och perfekt värd.

Vi hade en underbar vecka i denna centralt belägna lägenhet. Korta avstånd till strand, restauranger, affärer. Lägenhetens utrustning har allt man kan önska sig och lite till och har en lagom storlek för ett par. Ägaren Pedro är den perfekta värden, gav oss all information vi kunde behöva om lägenheten, restauranger , biluthyrning, nöjen mm. Tack Pedro, vi hoppas kunna komma till baka.

Hemos pasados unas vacaciones muy buenas. Este piso se encuentra cerca de la playa, centro comercial, restaurantes y otras tiendas. Dispone de todos los cosas y objetos los necesari. Lugar ideal para vacaciones en la ciudad y visitar la isla. ¡Muchas gracias Petro!

Es hat in der Wohnung nichts gefehlt, alles war gut geplant, hübsch und modern eingerichtet (mit Kaffeeautomat, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine etc.). Das Wichtigste war, dass wir einen kostenlosen Parkplatz unten in der Garage hatten und von dort aus mit dem Aufzug in die 2. Etage fahren konnten und natürlich, dass wir zu Fuss zum Strand gehen konnten. Wir hatten 14 Tage gebucht und die Zeit auf der Insel sehr genossen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Pedro!

Sejour parfait pour couple en vacances.

L'appartement correspond en tout point au descriptif et bien plus encore. Il est vraiment très fonctionnel et Pedro le propriétaire sait rendre la vie encore plus facile. Très attentifs au bien être de ses invités, il est toujours prêt à répondre à toutes les questions.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier tranquille, pas loin de la plage à pied, et bénéficie de tous les avantages de la ville.

Un grand merci pour la gentillesse et la personnalité à toi, Pedro.
