Lovely apartment, great location.

We had a very good 2 week stay in the apartment in Las Palmas. Very well equipped and located centrally for restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Pedro was first class and arrival, stay and departure were very straightforward.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in Las Palmas und alles, was man benötigt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Bars, Apotheke, Restaurants, Strand und Supermarkt.

Apartamento muy bonito en buena zona de Las Palmas

Das Appartement ist hervorragend ausgestattet (WaMa, Trockner, Kaffeevollautomat Herd+Cerankochfeld, Klimaanlage, Multiroom-Audiosystem uvm.) und befindet sich in perfekter Lage im Hafenviertel in Las Palmas. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar (Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants, Las Canteras (Strand)), wenngleich die FeWo auch über einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz verfügt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles wirkt neu- und hochwertig. Das eigentliche Highlight ist aber Pedro, der sympathische Vermieter, der super Tipps für alles parat hat und einem die Wohnung ausführlich erklärt.

Die Wohnung hat für uns ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

El piso está muy bien preparado, dispone de todo, por ejemplo una lavadora y secadora lo cual es muy útil para una estancia más larga. Todo está en un estado muy bueno, la cama muy cómoda y incluso se puede escuchar música en cada habitación por altavoces. El coche lo hemos aparcado en el garaje en el mismo edificio, así no era necesario perder mucho tiempo en buscar un sitio para aparcar.

En la zona donde está ubicado el piso hay varios restaurantes, bares y supermercados. Andando a la playa se tarda unos 5-10 minutos.

Pedro, una persona encantadora, nos ha ayudado en todo y nos ha dado unos consejos muy buenos por donde salir a cenar.

Podemos recomendar a todos quedarse en este piso. Volverémos y gracias a Pedro!

Precioso apartamento para 2-3 personas!

Apartamento completamente equipado, decorado con muy buen gusto, altas calidades en toda la casa y a 5 min de la playa de las canteras.

En cuanto al dueño, Pedro, ha sido un placer conocerle y charlar con él. Siempre trata de ayudarte en lo que necesitas.

great appartment with free parking

A beautifull appartment with everything you need.A big sat.tv with a lot of channels,a nice coffee machine,great beds and close to the beach and harbour.

You can even park your rentel car below in the garage for free.

And if you need something ,you can always call/mail Pedro(the nicest man off Las Palmas)

Como si estuvieras en tu casa

Apartamento coqueto, funcional, confortable y con todos los detalles que puedas pedir. Muy bien situado, soleado y a la vez tranquilo en un buen barrio y edificio (importante tener la plaza de garage). Pero lo mejor, sin duda, el trato con su propietario Pedro, que está atento siempre a lo que pueda hacerte falta. Recomendable 110%. Nosotros volveremos seguro cada año !!!
