The sprawling front porch on this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home offers cool breezes and view of the spectacular marsh life. Home offers marsh views from the Living/Dining area, kitchen, and most of the bedrooms. Master Bedroom has private porch overlooking marsh. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 TVs on cable, DVD, INTERNET, iron/board, and a BBQ grill. French doors off of kitchen/dining area open up to private pool area. Accommodates Twelve(12) with 1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin/double bunk, 1 twin, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. NO PETS ALLOWED - NO PHONE - NO SMOKING (RATE INCLUDES CHECK-OUT MAID SERVICE)

Short walk to the beach

We were very happy with the house and with Harrison Realty. They made the process very easy. We will rent from them again in the future. The house was is a very short walk to the beach. The view of the marsh was so nice off the master suite. Our family had a great vacation and this house did not disappoint.

This is our 2nd time staying at Seabreeze on the Marsh. Once again it was a wonderful trip. We love this house. The pool was so nice on hot days.

Family Time!

Our family had a great time at this home on our Spring Break. Everything we wanted to do was close by. An easy walk to the beach, the Garden City Pier, and we rode our bicycles to the public tennis courts in Surfside. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped, but I would have liked a little more seating in the den area. We did enjoy all of the outdoor deck and patio seating, but it was unseasonably cool for spring break. We hope to come back!!!

Wonderful Vacation!!!!

We loved this house. So quiet and the view is beautiful. We spent our mornings on the large deck drinking coffee and watching the cranes on the marsh. The breeze coming of the marsh was so nice on hot days. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is so beautiful and well kept. Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen was well equip. Loved the pool too. Just a short walk to the beach. We will be coming back here. We loved it! We had no complaints at all. However if you HAVE to have wifi it did seem to cut off a lot but we tried to stay away from that....it was vacation.

Beautiful home & views

Our family loved this house! It was very clean & comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch for coffee or meals overlooking the marsh. The view was beautiful. The private pool was great. Perfect size. Close to beach. Would definitely recommend!

WHEN PAYING BY CREDIT CARD YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED WHEN RESERVATION IS MADE & WILL BE SHOWN ON RENTAL AGREEMENT SENT TO YOU.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: You will need to give a Credit Card number (Visa-MasterCard-Discover) at time reservation is made. If not using Credit Card, Security Deposit will need to be paid when Rental Payment is made. The Rental Unit will be inspected after departure for damage & cleanliness. Provided that unit is left clean with no damage, on time check-out, all keys turned in, & no phone, cable, internet, etc. charges to owner/unit, Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days (Credit cards used for Security will be destroyed). Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for any & all damages that renter caused during occupancy & any collection fees, if needed.
CANCELLATION: If reservation cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, refund (rental payment less booking fee & 20% penalty) will be made only after unit is re-rented for full rate & confirmed. If paid in full, ½ will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation, balance (less penalty) will be refunded only if unit is re-rented for full rate & confirmed. If cancelled 14 days prior to arrival all monies will be forfeited unless unit is re-rented for full rate & confirmed. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, ALL monies will be forfeited. All refunds are subject to 20% penalty. Booking Fee is not refundable.
