Our home is located on the Costa Blanca in a lovely Spanish village at

Our fantastic,fully air-conditioned,5 bedroom pool home is nestled at the foot of the Segaria mountains amongst the orange trees overlooking the beautiful Orba valley.

The house is situated on the edge of the village of Benimeli & is in walking distance to local shops & bars.

The superb Costa Blanca beach of La Deveses is just 7km away from the house and beaches at Javea & Oliva are just 20 minutes drive away.

This spacious home has 5 bedrooms & can sleep 10 guests.Two babies or toddlers can be accommodated additionally in 2 cots/cribs,which are available at no extra charge.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor & has a massive superking bed,en-suite shower room & flat screen tv with English channels.

The second & third bedrooms are on the first floor & each have a double bed.Bedroom 4 has bunk beds plus a single bed & bedroom 5 has a single bed.

There is a beautiful lounge,which enjoys fantastic views across the Orba valley with a large flat screen tv with Spanish & English channels & a dvd player.

There is loads of dining space.There is a formal dining area or you can eat "Al fresco" under the covered naya.

There is a modern,fully fitted & equipped kitchen should you wish to prepare a full meal.There is also a clothes washer & dryer so you can keep up with the laundry whilst you are away.

Outside,there is a lovely south facing garden with a 6mx4m pool that guests can enjoy.There are plenty of chairs & loungers that you can use to soak up that fantastic Spanish sunshine all day long.There is also an awesome,south facing balcony,which is the entire width of the house,which has great views across the mountains and orange groves.

The village swimming pool,with the fantastic "Bloody Mary's" pool bar,the village square and it's shops & bar are all within a few minutes walk.There is superb shopping available at La Portal de Marina shopping centre,which is only 10 minutes drive from the villa or in Denia City centre.

There are beautiful walks around the area through the mountains or the orange groves.

There are also several good golf courses nearby.

The house is situated just 10 minutes drive from the motorway AP7,which gives good access to Benidorm & all of it's attractions.Alicante & Valencia are both around 1 hours drive away..

My family & I moved to Spain in 2003 and have loved it ever since!

Our house is ideally situated,in the Spanish village of Benimeli. The village is set amongst the mountains & orange groves & has all the local amenities you would need.The local people are very friendly & welcoming!

The area is very peaceful and yet we are just 10 minutes drive from the AP7 motorway (for easy access to Alicante,Valencia,Benidorm etc) & the large shopping centre of La Portal de la Marina at Ondara.The beautiful Mediterranean beaches at La Deveses are just 7km away.

We love being able to wake up with beautiful views across the mountains & orange groves in a lovely,peaceful,relaxing area.Yet within a few minutes drive we can be at the sea,at excellent shopping facilities or on the motorway to the bright lights of Valencia,Alicante or Benidorm. Nice villa with stunning views

I have just returned from Benimeli where fortunately the weather was very good. The villa is in a nice location with views across the valley. It is very spacious villa well equipped and very clean. Sky tv with all English channels. The swimming pool was great and at the same depth all over comes to about chest height. Nicely positioned so you can lay out on sun chairs all day. You do obviously need a car to get about but it is very close to all seaside locations and mountain areas. There are many nice restaurants in the area with friendly people. Also a tapa's bar in main square about 3 minutes walk, where you can also arrange main meals at night. The communication from Christopher was very good and the instructions how to arrive and locate were very accurate. All in all I would recommend. Thanks Christopher

Williams lovely place

Over all this place is lovely. The layout is great. The sun terraces are amazing . The pool I wish was a little bigger but that's life.

Well equipped kitchen but no large glasses I would like a few pints glasses. Only a cooker whistle kettle. Would like an electric one. I know they don't last long but for a grand a week I think they could afford it. We had a few minor issues but they were all sorted out. Response time via email was usually within the hour. Takes a life time for the hot water in downstairs shower. Needs a TV remote for bedroom. And a few minor touches needed to decore to make it more homely. Place was clean. But sparce. Even the salt and pepper pots were cleaned out. So you have to buy even the basics. Other villas we have stayed have has a basic cupboard with basic kitchen stuff like salt pepper etc etc I know we like spices and stuff from cooking. But it seems the villa is completely stripped. We left wine etc and beer . Would be nice to leave some birs for next lease. And a note saying these have been left. Owner except s no responsibility eyc etc. Little homely touches.

Over all we loved this place. And would defiantly return.
