It was our second stay in the cottage. We were made to feel very welcome and had all we needed for a comfortable, winter break.
Really lovely and clean cottage in nice village.
Road can be busy but parking was never a problem.
Milk and other items greeted us on arrival.
This cottage was really nicely furnished and everything you needed was provided.
Plenty of places to eat and drink not too far away.
We really enjoyed our Stay at Cherub Cottage, in an ideal location for us as we were near to people we aimed to visit, the property is lovely and homely, with all amenities you could need. The owner was fantastic, very welcoming and easy to contact about anything with fresh and locally sourced milk, bread, butter, juice and cake left for our arrival which was greatly appreciated afternoon our long journey. After our visit the owner found some jewelry items that had been left behind and quickly contacted us offering to send them in the post, which he did. We were more than impressed by both the property and the owner and are currently looking at future dates to book for a return stay
The cottage was very clean and the little extras like eggs milk cake and apple juice was a nice touch. Their is plenty of room and the courtyard garden catches the sun. There are plenty of lovely walks from the doorstep. Overall a well equipped cottage.
Cherub Cottage is a beautiful cottage at the centre of a perfect Suffolk village - with an an excellent shop! Well appointed, spotlessly clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back soon.
We had a lovely stay at this delightful cottage, it is a great place for a couple to have some peace and quiet. All the facilities supplied were good and there were some lovely extras. Great local shop and a club (pub has sadly closed) where you could get a drink and a friendly insult from the bar man! We were made very welcome. Close to lots of 'touristy' things and places. It is a cottage and no one should expect wide open spaces. We love cottages and the little terrace was lovely to sit in the sun. Moon and Mushroom pub was fantastic, proper old pub.
