Alberca is a luxurious 2 bed, 2 bath duplex with panoramic sea and beach views

Alberca is a luxurious, fully equipped, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex of 121 sq ms with a terrace and balcony enjoying uninterrupted sea and beach views and direct access to the stunning Punta Molins beach. 7 kilometers from the centre of Denia it has easy, close access to shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities.

Downstairs there is an entrance hall, sitting and separate dining area, large terrace with uninterrupted sea views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine and drier, large storage room and cloakroom with w/c. Upstairs there is en suite double bedroom with sea/beach view balcony, another double bedroom (either twin or double bed) and bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in cupboard space.

There is full air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment and satellite TV, WIFI, DVD player and HIFI.

There are two large swimming pools and tennis court in the large well-maintained gardens.

Small dogs are welcome but there are must be on the lead at all times in the grounds of the urbanisation, though there are lots of good walks outside around the urbanisation

La limpieza de la casa y la organizacion del mobiliario era excepcional. Te lo curras mucho y estas pendiente y eso se nota.

We had a fantastic time, the duplex is furnished with everything one can desire making ones stay very agreeable. The cleanliness and the furnishings were exceptional. It is clear that the duplex is much loved by you and your attention to detail is evident throughout.

Spacious Unit With Great Sea Views

Stayed in this 2 storey unit , right off the beach during the month of March. It has a great kitchen with everything you need such as modern appliances and lots of cookware and dishware. The condo is very clean and has a welcoming decor. There are 2.5 bathrooms which are well stocked with towels, also the bedrooms are spacious and the terrace off the master bedroom has great sea views.

Coming from Canada we didn't feel comfortable driving in Spain, so the bus stop right outside the complex was very convenient. The Denia centre was only a 10 minute bus ride and Denia has some very good restaurants and tapas bars.

Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a Spanish get away.

Un séjour de Rêve !

Une superbe location et un panorama magnifique! Les photos qui nous ont séduits sur le site reflètent parfaitement la réalité. il est très propre, très bien équipé, fonctionnel et confortable. Les terrasses du duplex offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Rien na été oublié et tout y est bien pensé pour le bien être des vacanciers. nous avons pu nous reposer et profiter en toute quiétude de la piscine et de la plage, au pied du duplex, sans oublier les restaurants très sympas dans le centre de Dénia, à 10 minutes en voiture. Les aménagements extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et les espaces sécurisés. Mike et Graciella sont très sympathiques, disponibles et nous ont accueillis avec une grande convivialité. c'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons pour un autre séjour. nous conseillons vivement cette location.
