This charming property is located within a well maintained community situated within walking distance to the beach and within a 5 minutes drive to the sea side town of Sabinillas. As you enter through the main door you find a private patio with BBQ and garden furniture. On the first floor one bedroom enjoying a spacious sunny terrace with ospectacular sea view and its own en-suite. The lower level comprises of a spacious tastefully furnished lounge seating area with working fireplace, serviced by a separate fully equipped modern kitchen including: coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, orange juice maker, crockery .... A private sunny terrace which enjoys copious amounts of sunshine due to the property's southerly orientation make for great entertaining. The community enjoys well maintained private mature gardens as well as a large community pool open from May up to the last day of SEPTEMBER.(children friendly). This property would make an ideal summer destination for quality living in a residential area for those seeking a family home in the sun in a great location.

Getting Around

Malaga is a historic and vibrant province, with an outstanding selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping to suit all tastes, with Malaga city being only one hour’s drive away. Slightly further afield is the charming town of Tarifa, famous for its wind-surfing and kite-surfing, while Seville, Cadiz and Granada can all be reached in under three hours.

About Sally


I came on holiday to the costa del sol and I fall in love with the region. I Stayed here for 2 years met my husband and we now have a beautiful baby daughter. We live in our house most of the year but due to my husband's work we have to go away to the coast of Cadiz at times. So this is why we decided to let other people enjoy our home. Excellent stay in a very cosy house

Spent a week in Sally's house in September and had a great time. The house was perfect, very clean with everything provided for home cooking. The views from from both balconies really made our stay with breakfast and dinner spent looking out on a wonderful sea view. The pool was often empty and we had it to ourselves. Would return for another visit.

Perfect for a Small family holiday !!

Absolutely loved our stay for 15 nights here,the children loved it as the pool was great and close to the beach although it is a 10 minute walk. Would advise a car so you can explore differrrent towns/beaches. A visit to the Roman Baths is a must to which the whole family enjoyed which is approximately 10 minutes in the car. Sally the owner and her friend Claire couldn't have been of anymore help,absolutely fantastic,thank you so much xxx Rachel ,Deej and the kids xxx

Lovely little house on a beautiful Urbanisation

This is a one bed house but feels very spacious with its open plan design and 3 separate outside areas. There is a walled patio at the back with a BBQ table and chairs - out of any wind and very private, a large balcony to the front with magnificent sea views and a couple of sunloungers - and a third private balcony at the side/ back again with sea views between other buildings.

The Urb is immaculately kept and felt very upmarket. Pool is very clean and we had it to ourselves through the day ( May bank holiday). There is a top class Chiriguito on the beach just across the road ( you do have to go over a bridge) and 2 other good restaurants in easy 10 mins walking distance and supermarkets within minutes driving. It is possible to walk to Sabinillas along the beach in 30 mins where there are a selection of beachfront restaurants ( quite Spanish rather than touristy) and a cab to Duquesa port is about 10 euros for a livelier nightlife.

Sally was a pleasure to deal with, The house was very clean and had everything you would need to cook in or barbecue and all towels bedding etc provided. This is great value in a lovely area.
