This is a Truly Relaxing and Quiet unit that is located on the last island in our area that has not been commercialized. The private beach allows small children to enjoy their vacation while playing in the shallow water of Perdido Bay. There is also a public boat ramp just a mile from the unit for boaters. Enjoy a Nice Peaceful Time on either the top or lower balconies overlooking the water. The unit is fully equipped with extra linens, towels everything down to a crockpot. All you will need is groceries and there is a store about 3 miles from the unit. A real home away from home ,Very Affordable, Surrounded by Water and Away from all of the Hustle and Bustle of the typical summer crowds and noise....also with WiFi....What Else Do You Need. This unit is priced about half of what you would spend directly on the gulf, save your money and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer.

Perdido Key and Innerarity Island area is a short driving distance from Pensacola and Orange Beach,/Gulf Shores

It is very private and quiet. It's away from all of the crowds and noise, besides being surrounded by water.

What makes this condo unique

You can enjoy the Perdido Key area although its not on the Gulf its on the back bays with great views and it is minutes to the Gulf without having to pay higher prices. There are 3 public beach accesses or young children can swim in the shallow waters without having to be tumbled by waves. We also have a private pool. There are several golf courses, marinas for off or inshore fishing, NAS Pensacola Air Museum, home of the Blue Angels.

We loved it!

It was perfect for us. We have three children and it had enough room for us all to be comfortable! Great location as well! Our family that we were visiting lives in Perdido, so we were very close to them. Great pool and excercise room, too!

Owner was very attentive!! Townhouse was beautiful as was the property!! Will definitely be here again! We have two more trips booked here!! Anything that needed attention was taken care of in a timely manor! It's very comfortable and all the amenities are there! Only thing we didn't like was the beach on premises is small an water is murky... But, there's no control over that!!!! Overall, it was FANTASTIC!!! We loved it!

Clean, Beautiful, Relaxing!!!

We took our three kids to Perdido Key for the first time this summer. The draw for us was the bay - they love to fish and look for sea-life in the sand. The bay did not disappoint! They were able to wade out and explore to their hearts' content. They even caught a crab! The condo itself is a few steps across the parking lot to the pool and to the bay's edge. I even felt safe letting the kids go to the bay without us. (The water is shallow and they are good swimmers.) The inside of the condo is clean and beautiful. The carpet looks brand new, and made me want to go home and remodel. The colors were elegant and relaxing. The accommodations exceeded my expectations. Short of groceries and supplies, we had everything we needed to feel at home. Erin was so nice to talk to and did everything she could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend a lunch or dinner at the Sunset Grill. Just a few minutes from the condo, and they had great outdoor (covered) seating overlooking the water. We got to watch a storm roll in and blow over, all while eating outside. Made a fun memory.

Relaxing location!

So back home after a week away. Erin was great at communicating through my whole process of booking, securing and staying at the town home. I sent her an email about a concern while there and she called me promptly the next morning to discuss it. The town home was clean when we arrived with the exception of food crumbs on the sofa. The location was quiet and relaxing.

We tried three restaurants close to the area. I wasn't happy with quality for the price I paid. I felt the dining was better in Pensacola Beach.

For future guests - the toilet paper that was in the bathroom was all we had. We drove and I had brought three rolls with me (just in case), but had to use one the first night. No Kleenex. No laundry detergent.

So just consider you may need to plan to hit Target, Walmart or Publix on your way to the condo especially if you flew.

While I am a honest person that speaks her mind, I also try very hard to be respectful of how people may take my words. So this next part of the review is not easy for me to write, but I need to for future guests. We discovered on our third night, the lower balcony door did not lock. The lock completely turned and did not secure to the frame. The screen door was damaged which appeared to look like an attempted break-in. We did address this concern with Erin which prompted the call I mentioned earlier. Erin knew from the previous guest the door was not locking but did not tell us. There was no secondary locking mechanism or tool like a broom handle. This was suggested in the phone call. Personally I felt our safety was not a concern since it would be a major project to address the lock by replacing the whole door. Erin also mentioned the fact she did not think anyone would come in due to the fact this was a balcony. The family who is staying now - may or may not know they are not in a secure location. That troubles me. I hope Erin is able to remedy this issue for future guests.

You will find her easy to work with and the location superb for relaxation.

Owner's Response: When renting a condo, unlike a hotel/motel that has on-site janitorial services, you will find that it is common practice to provide one roll of toilet paper and one soap for each bathroom, one garbage bag for each can, one roll of paper towels, and one dishwasher tablet. Beyond that, the customer is responsible for any other supplies needed for their stay (laundry detergent, etc.), as it is impossible to gauge how much of those type items will be needed. I obviously did not make this clear in our conversations, and sincerely apologize for that oversight. With the amount of guest traffic in and out of the sliding door going onto the private 2nd floor balcony, it has had to be repaired/replaced many times. I did inform the maintenance crew about it, and it is being addressed. I was unaware that the security door jamb was missing, and it has been replaced as well. Since the unit was built in 2006, it has never been broken into, nor has anything ever been stolen inside or outside. I spoke with the previous maintenance person, and he said the screen door was damaged by the children of a past guest. I did not mean to sound unconcerned, I simply meant to ease the worries about security. The complex also has a coded security gate and surveillance cameras for added protection. I did state that replacing the entire door will be a project. It will take several days, and will require tearing out the entire frame and replacing sheet rock. We are planning on replacing it in the off-season during our yearly maintenance/repair week, instead of interrupting someone's vacation that has been booked for months. The security bar and new handle with lock will be plenty sufficient until then. We take great pride in our unit, and have gone to extensive lengths to make it comfortable and enjoyable for our guests. We depend on our customer input, and appreciate any of your advice and/or concerns. The majority of our customers are repeat customers, and have been coming for years. I try to be as flexible and easy to work with as possible given that we have a loyal customer base, and many are affiliated with the military. We certainly take in consideration that everyone is safe and secure, and would never purposely put anyone in danger. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience during your stay, and have promptly addressed these issues.

This is our second year in a row to stay at this condo. We absolutely loved it. Erin is such nice and easy person to book with. Everything you need is at the condo. The Publix grocery store is right down the road. This year we went to the state park beach everyday for $3 a day. Complete seclusion! The pool at condo was never crowded perfect for our little boys. We enjoyed going to the bay at night and watching the sunset. We love Perdido Key and this condo, we will be returning next week for a 3rd time! Thank you Erin!
