Time is situated near Galashiels in the heart of the Scottish Borders. In a secluded valley, only 10 minutes from the new train station at Stow, allowing you to travel to the centre of Edinburgh within 45 minutes

Time is an expertly finished and beautifully furnished barn conversion sleeping up to eight adults and one infant (an additional couple can sleep on a sofa-bed in the mezzanine should party of ten wish to stay).

Ground source under floor heating, flatscreen TV’s with freeview, DVD player, range cooker, double door fridge/ freezer, washer and dryer, hairdryer in each bedroom, high chair and cot. Outdoor furniture and barbecue, hot tub, books/ games/ DVDs, Wifi internet access

Included: Heating and Electricity, linen and towels, wood and coal for fire, all household essentials i.e. Washing up powder, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, dish towels and clothes.

What makes this barn unique

Situated in the middle of a 2000 acre stock farm, in it's own valley, hidden away from the rest of the world, yet only 10 minutes from the train station to take guests into the centre of Edinburgh within 45 minutes, or 6 miles into Galashiels. Very well located for many of the Border Historic Houses, golf courses, walks and cycling routes. After a busy day come home and relax in the hot tub with a beautiful view for miles down our valley, watching our Aberdeen Angus cattle and Chevease sheep quietly graze the green grass fields below.

The Scottish Borders Area

Dignity and Time are situated in a secluded valley 6 miles from Galashiels and 8 miles from Selkirk, in the Central Borders. They carry a sense of peace and seclusion, and yet are so close to the many attractions within the Borders. With the New Borders Railway we are 10 minutes from the station in Stow- (with free parking all day). Guests can be within the centre of Edinburgh within an hour of leaving Time

They make the ideal base from which to explore all that this beautiful area has to offer, whether it be the world class fishing on the nearby river Tweed, a round of golf on one of the many golf courses, or a day spent at Glentress (just over the hill and one of the best mountain bike trails in the country). For those requiring something less energetic, the Borders has an abundance of country houses and castles to visit and explore, with Bowhill and Abbotsford both within 10 miles.

Refundable Damage Deposit £300

Bookings are accepted for a minimum period of three days. Short breaks are Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.
A binding contract will exist once a deposit is paid.
Only those persons named on the booking form are entitled to stay in the accommodation, the total number in the party shall not exceed the advertised capacity.
We cannot accept bookings from anybody under 18 years of age.
A non returnable deposit of 30% of the rental amount is payable with each booking. The remainder of the rent plus a fully refundable household deposit of £300 will become due six weeks prior to your arrival.
The household deposit helps to cover the cost of any damage or breakage’s in or to the accommodation. This deposit will be refunded one week after the holiday as long as there has been no damage or loss and the accommodation has been left clean and tidy.
For your safety and comfort we operate a strict no smoking policy within the house.
Pets by prior arrangement only. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome, they can stay in the utility rooms which have adjustable underfloor heating. Dogs are not allowed upstairs. The cost is £25 per dog. Please do not leave pets unattended in the properties.
Electricity is included in the cost of your rental with a supply of logs. If additional logs are required, contact details of local suppliers are in the hand book.
Towels and bed linen, and household essentials are supplied.
Whilst children are welcome to explore the surrounding gardens and woodland we advise that they are supervised at all times, particularly younger children. We will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents which occur.
