Apartment comfortable, quiet and cozy, beautifully renovated and furnished with all the comforts. E 'it equipped with a single bed and a half with good quality mattress in a room separate bedroom and a sofa bed in a square and a half in the living room for an extra guest or two children. E 'it equipped with a modern kitchenette and complete with a microwave, toaster and kettle; the bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a shower from the bidet. Hot water is always available as well as air conditioning! E 'on the second floor of a building with elevator just steps from the majestic Aurelian Walls. A utility room and balcony with flowers allows you to look in the inner courtyard and smoking to those who can not do without it. In addition to Wi-Fi, the house offers its guests a laptop. On their arrival they will always find the owner or one of his collaborators to welcome them and explain the house rules that will always be stocked with cold drinks, milk, coffee, jam and cookies for breakfast! The neighborhood of San Lorenzo is famous in Rome in recent years for its outstanding cuisine and nightlife that attracts young people from across the city. Still it retains its appearance and his Roman soul that you will find at the bar Marani in Via dei Volsci, the trattoria by Marcello Piazza dei Campani, Pommidoro from Piazza dei Sanniti and the Formula One pizzeria in Via degli Equi. Finally, I ask you to differentiate the trash. To move, there are buses 71 and 492 to go to the city center and 3 tram to go to the Pyramid and the Coliseum or at Villa Borghese in the opposite direction. If you enjoy walking, I suggest you move below the Aurelian walls that will keep you company until Viale Castro Pretorio whereupon you to Termini Station and from there take a trip to the Baths of Diocletian and Palazzo Massimo to be in the heart of the old and new town . Happy holidays Roman!
The apartment was as described and clean. Well equipped kitchen and many little "extras" around apartment (maps, books, extra blankets).
There's lots of graffiti but the streets were well lit and we felt safe walking the streets after dark. There's a front door, a second locked interior door to get to the elevator and then, of course, the door to the apartment.
We bought a seven day metro pass (also good for trams and buses). You can get one for 24 euros from kiosks that sell magazines and souvenirs.
The apartment is near Terminii station, but it's still about a 20 minute walk. To the southwest of the main entrance to Terminii is a tram that will take you to the Principe Eugenio- Manzoni stop. From there it is only a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Doesn't really save you any time to take the tram as compared to walking, but it might be easier if you are carrying luggage.
There's a bus stop a few blocks from the apartment at Piazzale Tiburtino and a tram stop at Scalo San Lorenzo. The Vittorio Emanuele Metro stop is also about 10-12 minutes away. With a little planning, you can get anyplace you like in Rome.
The apartment is small but well appointed and intelligently set up to render it very functional. Ideal for a couple. Hot water, plumbing and power were great, which in Rome is a big plus. Fiore is an attentive and kind host. He even picked us up at the station, which was very helpful. The area is full of great restaurants - we ended up at Marcello's Osteria most nights, which was just fantastic. Its only downsides are that the area has a lot of graffiti and looks a bit shabby, but people are kind and we felt safe at all times. Also, the two available buses run very infrequently, which made it hard for us because I was limited in my walking due to recent injury. Termini is only a twenty minute walk from the apartment, however, and then you have all the public transport you could wish for at your fingertips. Overall, it was a good stay.
The apartment is just great, good space, really clasic italian building, and nice furniture as also well equiped.
Fiore is an amazing host, he was all the time available for us.
The apartment is 15min walk from the train station and we found this amazing restaurant around called Vaca porca, best pasta ever.
There is also a lot of placer where you can go have dinner and drinks by night.
The apartment is really safe and a nice bed (really comportable).
For sure next time we visit Rome we will called Fiore.
Me and my friend had most amazing Christmas holiday experience in Italy ever. The flat was really clean, it had everything you can need: washing machine, ironing stuff, a lot of bed sheets, towels and etc.. Neighbourhood was really quiet, the apartment has cool balcony with flowers, so it's good if you're smoker. Fiore was really nice and helpful! He showed an apartment for us, even suggested to pick up us from Termini station. Also he left some good italian wine and general food. It really made us feel like home! The location of flat is amazing. It's near Aurelian walls, and if you like walking, like we did, you can reach Termini station like in 15 minutes, and then walking down one street in 15 minutes more you can reach Colosseum and from there all Roma is on your hand. If you don't like walking you can take tram number 3 it's 5 minutes from the apartment, or you can take Metro from Termini. Anyways, if it is your first time here, Fiore left a lot of maps, so you won't get lost :) Finally, San Lorenzo is really good neighbourhood, you can find pizzerias, supermarkets, fresh markets in here, also good cozy bars. We will definitely come back! Thanks Fiore, again !
El apartamento esta perfectamente amueblado y dispone de todas las cosas que se puede necesitar para hacer la estancia agradable ,todos los detalles están cuidados y los brinda generosamente ,muchas gracias Fiore por tu amabilidad .

All'occasione sicuramente consiglierò questo mini appartamento a qualcuno che mi chiederà consigli su qualche posto dove alloggiare a Roma.
