COME HOLIDAY WITH US YEAR-ROUND - SUPER SPECIAL WINTER RATES!!! Siesta/Santa Eulalia. We're delighted to be able to share a piece of our beloved countryside home by offering a separate rustic private guest house at reasonable prices - picture a dbl hotel suite, for a 1/4 of the price! Ideal for winter or summer breaks. If you're looking for peace, tranquility, fresh air, and a really good night's sleep (whilst still having amenities within easy reach) this is definitely the place for you!

The guest wing is on the ground and lower level, totally independent/private, and comprises of: own entrance, dbl bedroom/living space, en suite shower/loo, and upstairs snug/dining room, plus outdoor garden space with bench, table and chairs. As our prices reflect, there's NO KITCHEN but toaster/kettle and mid-sized fridge - ideal for breakfast and any raw food prep. Crockery, cutlery, etc provided, plus outdoor washing-up facilities. (A great cafe/bar/restaurant within 5 mins walk, supermarket within 7 mins walk.) Entertainment station with 24'' HD TV on wall bracket, DVD and CD player. A small selection of CDs and DVDs provided, but there's also a HDMI cable for connecting laptops to the TV, so you can hook up your own video libraries too. To protect non-smokers that may stay after you, the apartment is non-smoking inside, but directly outside is fine for a puff. Guest parking space provided.THE HOLIDAY NEST is designed to feel like a home from home, with the added bonus of sun, sea, tropical flowers, stunning Mediterranean views, and a pine forest on the doorstep!

Siesta sits on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia. There is both a friendly and very well priced local cafe/bar/restaurant, El Pozo (open year-round) and more luxury restaurant with great service and stunning views, Sa Finca, within 5 minutes walk (summer only). Local medium-sized supermarket within 7 mins walking, pharmacy and other restaurants 10 mins walking. The river, beach and main promenade of Santa Eulalia is 15 mins walk away, though in the hotter months a €7 cab is recommended for return uphill journey! Santa Eulalia main square is 25 mins walk away. All other amenities listed are within a 15 min driving range.

And now for the small print, made large! We like to ensure that our guests don't have any disappointments or unexpected surprises, so here's additional information you may need before booking:

€150 damage/key deposit required on arrival. Provided all is in order, this will be refunded in full on your day of departure.

For the comfort of our guests and neighbours we strictly adhere to peace and quiet from midnight. We kindly ask the same of our guests. If there's any unreasonable noise disturbance from our guests we reserve the right to ask them to leave without refund; our priority being to preserve the tranquility that we're lucky enough to enjoy and offer.

To avoid any awkwardness/disappointment we feel it important to point out in advance that, for your and our privacy and safety, the small swimming pool we have is not for guests' use.

There's no air con, but the apartment remains refreshingly cool even in the high heat, and a fan is provided. There's central heating in winter.

Again reflected in the rental rates, and mentioned in the bathroom description, the loo being at lower level requires a macerating pump. This means that 1) it makes an irksome but not unbearable grinding sound when flushed and 2) can not take ANYTHING other than regular loo roll and human waste. If guests ignore our clear advice on usage (ie it blocks during their stay) we have no choice but to ask them to leave immediately - so urgent repairs can be carried out - without refund on rental for missed nights or return of deposit.

Wonderful house and fabulous owners

We spent 10 days in august in this magic house.

Everything was perfect, the house is beautiful, clean and spacious.

There is a room upstairs where we had breakfast everyday looking at the landscape, and the main room downstairs was big and comfortable.

All the house is taken care of in detail, there is everything you need inside it.

Cat and Simon were always available for any need, for giving us advices about place to visit and things to do.

The green garden we saw every morning opening the door gave us peace and energy to start a new day.

We had place for parking inside the property, there is a garden and an outdoor table and chairs where we used to rest after a day in the beach and before dinner.

The location was great because it is located in a strategic parte of the island, completely in the nature and out of the confusion, but taking the scooter or the car in a few minutes you can be anywhere: the farthest place we visited in the opposite of the island was at only 40 mins by scooter.

We are very satisfied of having chosen this house, it was better than staying in a hotel suite.

cozy - convenient and value for money!

We had a very nice stay at The Holiday Nest and enjoyed every minute of it! Cat & Simon were very welcoming from the beginning until the end of our holiday. Easy and fast communication and no complications what so ever! :-) We enjoyed the evening walks into town and back. There are many nice restaurants and bars (our personal tip: Boho House) where you can enjoy many tasteful drinks and meals. We recommend to rent a car to see all the beautiful beaches around the island, it really is worth it!

Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr individuellen eigenen Reiz, der zu unserer Erholung perfekt war. Die wirklich lieben und warmherzigen Vermieter sind toll und haben uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein.

Unser kleines Reich wurde durch den schönen Garten komplettiert und wir genossen die frisch geplückten Aprikosen jeden Tag.

Wonderful home for our Ibiza-trip

We had a perfect disciption how to arrive at the house. We could find everything directly. Cat and Simon gave us nice advices for our trip. We really enjoyed the nice garden and the lovely area around. It really felt like home and the own garden to relax. THe house was clean and perfectly prepared. You find a supermarket in 200meters distance and a few restaurants next by. The city of Santa Eularia is 5 minutes with the car, nice for eating something in one of the pretty restaurants at the harbour in the evening. NIce atmosphere. By the way: it is situated perfectly for trips all over Ibiza. Thanks for a nice ibiza-trip! :-)

Loved Every Minute of It - Thank you!

A warm welcome from two very thoughtful hosts, and a very clean, romantic and well equipped hideaway for any couple who are looking for a lovely peaceful place on this beautiful island. Within walking distance of a few good local restaurants/town and in a good spot for easy drives to discover some of Ibiza's best places (of which there are many!) First visit to island, and we had lots of info on site to help us find our way around and make the most of our week here. Arrived tired and wired, left relaxed and chilled. Had a wonderful reiki treatment from Cat whilst here too; definitely recommend! Thank you both so much and we will definitely return!

Cozy hideaway for rest and relaxation

Lovely 'home from home' accommodation, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cat and Simon were attentive hosts, with good local knowledge and a warm welcome. The holiday nest is in a lovely tranquil setting but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We will most definitely be returning!

If guests ignore the clear signage provided on arrival advising on usage (ie it blocks during their stay) they will be asked to leave immediately, without refund on rental for nights lost or return of deposit, as the cost to urgently rectify the situation runs at up to €2000.

50% of the total rental cost is payable immediately on bk'g via bank transfer to secure/confirm the booking. (In the event of cancellation this deposit is non refundable unless we manage to rent the property again for the same dates, in which case we will refund proportionate to the number of days successfully rented, minus €50 admin fee.) The balance of 50% is then payable on your day of arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
