This duplex property is located in arguably one of the best locations on the Riviera. Antibes is a vibrant seaside town all year round, famous for its old town and provençal market. It makes an ideal base for exploring the Riviera, located between Nice and Cannes and just 20 minutes from Nice airport.

The property is set in an exclusive quiet residence of just 11 apartments located in the Ilette/Salis area between Antibes old town and the Cap d'Antibes. The sandy beach is 350m and both Antibes centre and Juan les Pins are 1km.

This 2-storey property has been recently decorated in a contemporary style and is located in a building overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful art deco main residence building. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area consists of a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and lounge area which overlooks the private terrace to the rear. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and a newly fitted shower room. Both bedrooms have new modern furniture and large integral wardrobes. The front bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the pool and main residence building. The bedroom at the back has a king-sized bed and overlooks private gardens.

Features include: shared swimming pool, underground private garage, private terrace/garden, WiFi, TV (160 channels) and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, radio, CD player & cable for MP3/iPod, cot, high-chair.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an extra charge to be paid locally (please ask for a price as there is a charge per item). Keys can be picked up before 8pm Mon-Sat. Changeover day is on a Saturday for Jun-Sep, but other days may be possible so please enquire.

We feel this is a unique property. It is set in an exclusive and quiet private residence in one of the best roads in Antibes. It is rare to find such a small residence with pool and parking in such a convenient location. It's close to the beach and a pleasant walk into either the towns of Antibes or Juan les Pins.

Great location

A lovely clean house. One huge double bedroom and a good size twin plus a comfy sofa bed downstairs. Lots of kitchen equipment and even a box of toys for the kids. It is on a nice secure gated complex very close to the lovely town of Antibes. The pool is small but very safely fenced and only a one minute walk from the front door. It was too cold to swim in in early May but lovely for dipping hot feet into. There is also a small private patio garden which is a real sun trap. I really recommend this house for a family holiday.

Nice holiday apartment in great location.

What a great find, we had a lovely holiday over the New Year. The appartment was so clean and well furnished with the added benefit of parking. The property location was close to the beach, shops and reataurants making for a perfect stay. We will definitely return as the apartment was so suited to our young family.

A Great Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our all too short stay in this lovely property. It is well equipped with all the usual appliances plus wifi and tv. As our stay was during January we very much appreciated the heating which kept the property very comfortable. The kitchen has a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cook ware. The property is situated in a really attractive residence with remote control gated entry and the property has a private individual garage. The location is superb with a nearby sandy beach and a useful range of shops and restaurants. The old town of Antibes is within easy walking distance. There is a attractive private patio at the rear and side of the property. As this was early January we were not brave enough to enjoy the swimming pool!

We can thoroughly recommend this property and shall definitely be returning

Fabulous place and stay

We stayed here last October and had an amazing time. The apartment is lovely and has everything you require for a self catering stay. It is a 15 minute walk into Antibes (I am a slow walker) and only a couple of minutes from the nearest beach, bakery and supermarket. Can not recommend it highly enough....

The property is 350m from the seafront where there is a lovely bakers with cafe, tabac, small supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants. It is ideally placed between Antibes and Juans les Pins where there is plenty to explore on foot. Antibes is between Nice & Cannes and an ideal base for exploring the coast.
