The owner has decorated this flat with care and style to welcome guests into a cool and modern space in the center of a bussling, ancient city.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Dear Camillo and Veronica,

Thank you so much for having us here (me and my entire family). We had a pleasant stay here in Rome and the apartment was beautiful. The first impression that we had upon our arrival was unforgettable. Thank you again. Do contact us if you are in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you for your little cards, Nespresso and starter kit...

Perfection!!!

  • 5 of 5

This apartment is even more beautiful in person and our the personalized attention that we received from Camillo and his lovely wife Veronica was second to none. For starters, the apartment was located a block away from the Termini train station. We communicated with Camillo, he was able to let us check in early since the apartment was not occupied the previous night. Camillo was waiting outside for us. There was a small elevator which handled our luggage, the apartment was on the third floor, not a difficult walk (although you could use the elevator if you needed). The apartment was beautiful, extremely clean, open and well appointed. Every detail was considered, shampoos etc in every bathroom, slippers for all occupants, power adapter, umbrellas, espresso pods and crackers. I'm sure I missed some details, but it was all very thoughtful. All of the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. I had the best sleep of my trip! The location was very convenient you could walk, take the train, or take a taxi to all of the historic sites. We were traveling with 5 people, each having their own space. Camillo and Veronica sat down with us and mapped out all of the sites and best places to eat. To top it all off, when they found out that our daughter was studying abroad in a nearby small town, they told her to make sure that she had their phone number in case she needed anything when she was in Rome, we felt like we had family watching out for her! Thank you Camillo and Veronica!! We were only there for a short time but can't wait to return and would definitely recommend this apartment to any of our closest friends and family.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean

  • 5 of 5

This apartment is five plus stars....absolutely beautiful! It is spotless and very comfortable. Camillo was prompt with correspondence. He was waiting outside the apartment which is 5 minute walk from train station. There is quaint lift in the building and also lovely marble stairs. Camillo and wife patiently showed us the 'workings' of apartment i.e. heater, clothes washer etc. The bed linens , soaps, shampoo, towels and furnishings were exquisite. Exploring Rome was enhanced by having this magnificent apartment with which to return each evening.

Thank you , Camillo .

Excellent Apartment - Perfect for Family Vacation - Easy Access to Roma Termini

  • 5 of 5

This apartment was perfect for our family visit to Rome. The owners met us upon our arrival and gave us the complete tour of the apartment, and highlights of the neighborhood. They were very helpful and accommodating, and checked in on us throughout our visit. The kitchen had all necessary appliances, utensils, dishware, etc. We came to enjoy the Nespresso maker. Easy access to local grocery stores (we used Conad the most) and bakeries (Panella great for morning treats; Regoli for cream puffs, éclair, and cakes; and Roscioni for cookies). Roma Termini was just steps away with access to Metro, Leonardo Express, and other trains (90 minutes to Florence). The apartment is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed it, and you will too.

A beautiful apartment for up to 3 couples, with wonderful personable hosts who were very welcoming!

  • 5 of 5

Apartment has three very nice bedrooms, each with its own adjoining bathroom, as well as a communal kitchen and living room. The decor is absolutely beautiful and we found everything described in the listing was accurate. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It is only a couple of blocks from Roma Termini, which made it easy to travel to other cities (for us that included Florence and Assisi). There are also the Blue and Red Metra stations at Roma Termini, which made travel around the city very easy (e.g. Red line to the Vatican/Trevi Fountain/Spanish Steps/etc., and Blue line to the Coliseum/Palatine Hills/etc.). Apartment has an elevator (small and a little slow), but was wonderful to have, compared to the apartment we had in Paris the previous week where we had to haul our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. There are numerous restaurants as well as a grocery store within walking distance (3-5 blocks) of the apartment. And Camillo and Veronica (our hosts) made us feel very welcomed; they gave us a very personal reception when we arrived. We would definitely use this rental apartment again if we should return to Rome in the future.

Also, by the way, it is important to note that Rome is a very large urban city that has the same problems as other large cities (i.e. graffiti, homeless people, beggars, pick-pockets, trash, traffic, crowds, etc.). We are from Chicago so we are used to such issues. We just stayed alert and acted prudently (like we would if we were in Chicago) and consequently had no problems whatsoever. We recommend you just do the same everywhere you may go in Rome. We also suggest getting a tour of the Vatican (it avoids the long lines as well as provides very valuable information) and is worth the cost. There are similar tours of the Coliseum and other such sites, so if you can afford the cost, it’s worth taking such tours versus seeing them on your own (you still have to buy a ticket for entrance if you do it yourself, so its not that much more for the tour). Enjoy Rome!

I Love love this Appt. it's PERFECT!!

  • 5 of 5

We spend more than a month in Europe, in 5 different apartments that we rent, and Camilo and Veronica were, by far, not only the best host in this trip, but the best host that we ever had.

Camilo and Veronica are incredible fine people. They are the owners of the apartment (not people form a company that manage a lot of apartments), so they were available for us the entire time, and make us feel like a very special guests.

At the end, (18 days in this apartment), we feel a huge joy not only for having a great time in Rome, but for gain a friends, because now and for ever, Camilo and Veronica will be our friends.

Thank You Camillo and Veronica!

Beautiful home!! Owners fantastic!

  • 5 of 5

The home was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and well appointed. Camillo and Veronica met us at the home when we arrived and explained how everything worked. They had supplied a nice nespresso machine with coffee that many of us appreciated. They also had a little book with many of their restaurant suggestions which was so helpful. The only thing I would say could be improved is the air conditioning. We were in Rome in July and it was very hot and the air conditioning never got cool enough for us. Maybe a few fans could be added?

Thank you Camillo and Veronica for your attention to detail and comfort!!!
