Situated in the historic village of Alcanede in Santarém, a house set in an old farm was fully renovated in 2015 and has seven double rooms with private bathrooms, kitchen for the confection of meals, dining room with two extendable tables, room with fireplace in stone, a mill with a press and about 200 years of history, now converted into living room, reading corners, open spaces and green spaces. The terrace is equipped with tables, chairs and awnings parasols and allows you to enjoy outdoor meals. The house has heating, lift, allows access to people with disabilities and is decorated in a simple and joyful way, with materials and recycled parts.
The house is in a property that is crossed by a small river whose bridge gives access to four hectares of land with an orchard and a lot, ideal for hiking, picnics or biking. Freedom is total.
Alcanede has a castle and a football field beach volleyball; a Roman bridge and a Natural Park with caves with the possibility of climbing to more than 50 meters deep. Plants hundreds of varieties of teas; dinosaur footprints, blue and river pools quarries.
