There are 7 spacious en suite bedrooms sleeping 12 people. Five of the rooms can be turned into twins. The bedrooms are made up to suit your group's requirements.

The property combines many delightful features, and furnishings are of a high standard with comfort in mind.

There is a large kitchen with Aga. Breakfast room, Dining Room and Drawing Room. The house can be exclusively yours fora long holiday or short break.

The property enjoys a superb location being only a 10 minute on foot from the famous landmarks and attractions such as Chester Racecourse, Historic Town Center, River Dee and Chester Cathedral. No. 38 is on a good bus route for Chester Zoo and railway station..

This special house is perfect for your family or friend's reunion in Chester.

Eat together in the lovely dining room over looking the pretty rear garden, where a BBQ can be held in the summer.

Being a Cheshire woman I am passionate about my historic city of Chester.

I am a good guide to anywhere you would like to visit, whether it be Cheshire, North Wales or Liverpool.

I spent 20 years living in Western Canada and the Middle East. I returned to my roots in 2000. I now invite the world to visit me!

Formerly the home of Terri Gray, No.38 is a very comfortable property, which is equipped with everything you could possible need for an enjoyable stay. Sleeping 14 people permits families and friends to enjoy a lovely and happy occasion together.

No.38 is in walking distance of the race course and historic town center.

Within walking distance of historic city center and racecourse.

Excellent bus routes; excellent train and boat service to Liverpool and North Wales.

Easy access to M55 Motorway.

Perfect for a sizeable family weekend

Warm welcome by Terri, the owner, and the house was very comfortable. An ideal location near the City Centre with plenty of space for all of us. Particularly liked the large dining room where we spent a lot of time chatting over the meals. We all had a a thoroughly enjoyable time.
