Sea Ester is a characterful beach property which would suit a family or couple looking for a beachside get away. This modern property has great sea and coastal views looking over a grassy dune towards Carbis Bay and St Ives. The property has a very homely feel and has a beach theme throughout. There is car parking which has space for two cars, situated at the side of the property. Sit down and relax in the sun whilst taking in the views on the outside balcony or take a short walk down to the beach. This property is also pet friendly, so why not bring your four legged friend with you.

The property is also situated within a short distance to the play area for children, so would be ideal for a family with children.

Diner/Lounge/Kitchen - The living space is light, spacious and well presented. This property has the additonal benefit of French doors from the living area leading out onto a large enclosed balcony. The balcony has a large table and chairs to sit and relax in the sun. In the living area there is a dining table with five chairs, one two seater sofa and a three seater, flatscreen digital TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fairly modern and a decent size. It consists of a full size cooker with four hobs, washing machine, Full size fridge, small counter freezer. The kitchen is well equipped with everthing you should need to prepare and cook a meal.

Bed. 1 - Modern and light double bedroom. Decorated in a traditonal chalet style with a nautical theme. This bedroom consists of a double bed (built in 4'0"). This room benefits from plenty of storage space with a large built-in wardrobe with vanity shelf so you can hang and fold your clothes. There is also a wall mounted electric heater.

Bed. 2 - Light and airy double bedroom. This bedroom consists of a double bed (built in 4'0") and also has the additional benefit of a built-in wardrobe, so plenty of storage space to hang clothes. There is also an electric wall heater.

Bed. 3 - This twin bedroom is very traditional and great fun for the younger members of the family. This bedroom consists of twin bunk beds. Plenty of storage with a built in cupboard. This bedroom also has an electric wall heater.

Shower Room - The shower room is light and modern. There is a corner shower cubicle with WC., WHB.

The balcony is a real feature of this property and offers an additional space for guests to relax on those summer evenings. Also it is particularly useful for those guests with dogs. Parking is available beside the property with level access.

    Electricity is included in the cost of this property. Duvets and pillows are provided in the property but you are required to bring bed linen and all personal linen such as towels and tea towels.
