A well maintained property offering, bright airy accommodation, convenient for the shop, bus stop and only a few minutes' walk to the beach. This property is modern and has a nautical theme throughout.

Lounge/Diner - The living area benefits from a large picture window offering excellent views across the park. The living area is carpeted and is very homely. Ideal for a family or couples wanting to sit down and relax. It is furnished with 2 seatees, TV/DVD player on a unit, 2 coffee tables, small table with books and wall heater. To the back of the lounge area is the Dining Area with dining table and 4 chairs and the Kitchen.

Modern fitted kitchen/diner - The kitchen is modern, spacious and light with two large windows offering views over the park and sea glimpses. The kitchen is complete with everything you should require to prepare and cook a meal. It is fully equipped with cooker (with ceramic hob and 2 ovens), extractor hood, under counter fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Bedroom one -Modern, light and Spacious double room. The room is well furnished with a double bed. The bed has shelves to either side, 1 bedside lamp, large wardrobe with drawer, chest of drawers and leather tub chair. There is plenty of additional space for a cot, if one is required. Cots are available to hire from Toms office. The large window has views over the surrounding park.

Bedroom two - Light and airy twin bedroom. The room is furnished with two full size single beds, a large wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.

Bathroom - Bath with overhead Shower, WC.WHB, basin. New modern bathroom for 2016 season.

A modern Holiday Bungalow situated on level ground, a few minutes' walk to the beach and shop.

Will accept one dog.

Situation- Located on Riviere Towans park which is 40 acres of unspoilt, natural, undulating sand dunes above the three mile, golden sand beach at Hayle, St. Ives Bay, Cornwall. The park is one of the oldest in the country with the first chalets being here in the late 1800's. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of individual privately owned accommodation including beach chalets to bungalows and lodges, many with stunning sea views and all within a few minutes' walk of this amazing beach. The park is a tranquil setting without modern additions such as a club house to spoil the relaxed beach house atmosphere. Riviere Towans is on St. Ives Bay at Hayle and within a short drive from well-known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and peaceful countryside West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most recently, the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will have heating and other additional day to day appliances included i.e. electric iron.

If anything is missing from a property please give us a call as we carry a large stock of items at our office.

Linen- Pillows and duvets are provided. Full packs of additional linen, including towels and tea towels, are available to hire when booking the property. Otherwise, we ask you to provide your own bed linen (duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases) and towels.
