This modern, well maintained property is ideal for couples or families. It is situated in a area of the park which is both convenient for the shop and bus stop as well as being only a few minutes from the main access to the beach.

Lounge/Diner/Kitchen -- A lovely room with comfortable 3 piece suite, TV with digi box, DVD player. The main feature of this room are the patio doors leading out to enclosed balcony. Ideal for warm evenings, watching the sun set over St. Ives. Also a real advantage for those with dogs.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with hob and oven, breakfast bar and stools, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer. Window with good views over the park and the bay.

Bedroom one - Light and spacious double bedroom decorated in mutual colours. This modern bedroom consists of one double bed with a built in wardrobe. The wardrobe has plenty of hanging space to hang clothes. There is also a Bedside table. The window in this bedroom has views over the park.
