This special 75-sq.m family duplex is south-facing and located in the heart of Val-Thorens. The area is connected to the three valleys region, with towns like Méribel, Courchevel, Les Ménuires, Orelle, St-Martin-de-Belleville, with 600 km of ski slopes. The flat can accommodate up to 4 adults and 3 kids. The duplex is very inviting, and boasts a living room with a fireplace. Located in a peaceful and family-friendly residence, "Le Beau Soleil", the flat is located on the third floor and can be accessed by elevator. It's a skiers flat, and has been completely remodelled with a bench and room for skis and boots. The ground floor consists of: an entryway, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a private shower room, a separate toilet, a main room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, traditional coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. This kitchen opens onto a dining area with a large table. There is also a snug living room area with 2 large sofas and a working fireplace, which gives onto a lovely south-facing terrace with an exceptional view of the peak of the Cime Mountain and the slopes. There is a widescreen TV, DVD player, and a Geneva-brand Bluetooth radio with its own remote, as well as a special cable for a direct connection. The upper floor consists of a landing, which gives onto a large master bedroom with ample storage, a double bed (160x200 cm), a children's room in the attic with three individual beds (150x200 cm), a TV, a DVD player, a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a hairdryer, and a toilet. The two bedrooms are separated with doors to ensure privacy. There are no sleeping accommodations in the living room area. The rates are form Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. They do not include bed linen and towels, though these can be rented on request, along with a cleaning service at the end of your stay. 30% of payment due on reservation, with the rest due one month before arrival.

Warm atmosphere, nice livingroom with enough space to sit on a lounge sofa, fireplace, small but well equipped kitchen. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everething works good.
