A premier building in a prime location and an ideal base to explore London. The immediate area of Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Spitalfields will be of interest to foodies, art lovers, and those who would like to savour urban cool.

We have a friendly check in and check out service, so we will await your arrival in the lobby of the building. We have hosted guests from over 70 cities, 95% of whom have recommended our place. Most of our guests are leisure travellers and we have hosted business travellers too. Overall we have received 5* reviews 85% of the time compared to 61% for hosts nearby. For cleanliness we have received 93% 5* reviews compared to 66% for hosts nearby.

As we operate on a friendly basis, please let us have a few words of introduction about yourselves with your enquiry.

On entering the apartment, you will see that it can sleep up to 6 people in a king bed, a double bed and a convertible sofa bed. You will observe floor to ceiling windows, air conditioning / heating, washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, television and free wifi, Blue Ray DVD player, a cafetière (French press) and a choice of regular and decaffeinated ground coffee, regular and herbal teas, ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel quality bed linen, salon quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryers are provided.

Laundry detergent, fabric conditioner and dishwasher detergent are also provided.

Avantgarde has an impressive foyer, 24/7 concierge, residents lounge, roof terrace, and residents garden. Longer term residents can access the fitness centre on completion of the induction.

On the ground floor, there are three restaurants, an Italian delicatessen/restaurant and a cocktail bar. There is also a mini supermarket,which is open from 07:00 to 23:00 where a good range of essentials can be purchased.

Transport links are excellent with Shoreditch High Street station just 2 minutes away and Liverpool Street station just 10 minutes away. At most times, there are Uber taxis available in just a few minutes.

Shopping locations such as Bond Street, Oxford Street and Knightsbridge can be easily accessed by public transport in 20 minutes. The West End theatre and entertainment venues are also 20 minutes away by public transport.

Business travellers will find the location close to the financial districts of the City (walking distance) and Canary Wharf (a 20 minute ride).

About My City Apartment

I work in Finance during the day and moved into the area about 3 years ago. I live in another apartment about 10 minutes walk away. This is the most exciting area in London right now and is an enjoyable place to live. I got into hosting over a year ago and the experience of communicating and hosting visitors from other countries is very enjoyable.

Why My City Apartment chose London

This luxury apartment is in the highly rated Avantgarde development. Shoreditch is one of the most fashionable and trendiest districts in London with excellent transport links. We operate on a friendly basis, and not as a cold impersonal hotel, and therefore we would like to know some background about you before we can take a booking. We find that this works both ways as guests would like to be welcomed into a friendly place.

What makes this apartment unique

**NEW** Night tube on Fridays and Saturdays

Central line - trains running approximately every 10 minutes between White City and Leytonstone and approximately every 20 minutes between Ealing Broadway to White City and Leytonstone to Loughton/ Hainault. The nearest stop is Liverpool Street, which is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Victoria line - trains running on average every 10 minutes across the entire line.

Jubilee line - trains running on average every 10 minutes across the entire line

This is the only new development in the heart of Shoreditch and has restaurants and a cocktail bar in the same building. The apartment is also air conditioned and can provide heating in the winter months, and rarely for London, cooling in the summer.

Great location for a family vacation

The owner was the perfect host. He met us at the apartment to handover the keys, gave us useful tips on what to see and where to eat. The apt was spacious, clean and perfect for our family of 4. It was well stocked with coffee, tea etc. Bathrooms were stocked with lots of shampoo and conditioners. Very convenient to overground, tube and bus connections.

Great property and wonderful location

Stayed in this 2 bedroom property for two weeks. The apartment was modern and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. Most importantly, our host was great and very attentive to all our needs. This was the best experience I have ever had at Homeaway.

I would give this experience a 5 star rating and I would definitely stay again. I would definitely recommend staying here. A big thank you for our host Naranjan. You made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Super comfortable apartment in a fantastic neighborhood.

Everything about our visit was absolutely fantastic. Narinjin was such an awesome host and went out of his way to accommodate our needs, help us with luggage, suggest activities based on the weather, etc. He made our check-in and check-out seamless!

The apartment itself (and the building) is super comfortable - a luxury building with great bathrooms and a kitchen. The air conditioning kept the place super cool. The TV had capabilities of watching Netflix, etc. The kitchen has all of the appliances you would want so that you can make your meals while on vacation. And the bathrooms are nice. There is a washer/dryer combo (but Americans, keep in mind, it is a European style - small loads and hanging dry gets your clothes dryer than the dryer itself!). Overall, the apartment was perfect for our family with two toddlers. Oh - there is no access to the building gym equipment, which is something that is important to us while on vacation.

The neighborhood is absolutely walkable - even just on the block that the building is on - there are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, a food market, and many other things to do. The public transport from this place is so convenient. And the trains and busses come very frequently. Super easy to navigate. Also, walking around the rest of the neighborhood you can find all kinds of other shopping. I definitely recommend staying in this neighborhood. It has a very "Brooklyn" vibe.

We would highly recommend renting this place to anyone looking to escape London tourist traps and stay in a cool, artsy, creative, fun neighborhood.

Great place / Great location

Niragen was fantastic and very helpful. Very convienent and close to transportation. We had a blast! Highly recommend this to anyone spending time in London. Tower Bridge is only 1 mile easy walk. And Underground was very close and Niragen gave us great tips on how to get around

Spacious flat in great location

Great 2 bedroom flat in a fantastic location just three or four minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street Station. The flat is in a high rise tower, it feels very safe. The owner was quick to respond to any questions, I had to book last minute (as another VRBO property just cancelled on me) and found the owner really helpful. He was also flexible in terms of when we could get into the flat (in the am) and I could get in touch in with him any time during our stay. The flat is a two bedroom flat with two nice bathrooms. There is pull out sofa in the living room and a great kitchen which was stocked well with teas and coffees. We didn't cook as there are many places to eat and drink just minutes away. The flat was clean, the beds comfy and the area great in terms of location. I will stay there again on my next visit to London. Can fully recommend the place.
