3 bedroom self catering apartment with sea-views across Woolacombe Bay

Montagu Steps Apartment is truly in the most outstanding location enjoying incredible, breath taking sea views across the entire of Woolacombe Bay over to Putsborough, Baggy point and Hartland Point to the left and Morte point to the right with Lundy island directly in the middle. The south –west position affords it not only a magnificent sunny location but also wonderful sunsets.

The apartment itself will sleep 5 . The main bedroom has a super king bed ; the second bedroom has a double bed as well as a velux window giving breath taking views across both Woolacombe Bay and the National Trust land and third bedroom has a single and a day bed, and flat screen tv. The living room and kitchen are open plan and share magnificent sea and National Trust land views. There is a flat screen tv, satellite, dvd, i-pod docking and Wifi. Outside there is a very private sitting out area with balcony for dining or sunbathing.

The kitchen is fitted with all main appliances including dining table and chairs to maximise the views from this location. If you prefer, you can join the hotel guests for breakfast at a reasonable charge.

The bathroom is of good size and has a large shower and separate bath.

Towels, linen and toiletries provided.

Unfortunately the Georgian property does not have a lift and therefore is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties.

Three and four nights stays can be booked outside the main holiday season. Please enquire for details.

Dogs most welcome. One car parking space.
