The accommodation at Casa Kathleen is all on one level and consists of a spacious lounge, separate dining room with seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/ freezer, Microwave and Dishwasher. Two of the three Bedrooms have Air conditioning and the third has a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a double bed and enjoys stunning sea views, it has a large en–suite bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, Bidet and sink. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds each with ample wardrobe space. The house bathroom has shower, WC and sink.
The South facing Villa's terrace has ample sunbathing areas with stunning sea views, a six seater table for alfresco dining, an outside kitchen and sink, shower cubicle with hot and cold supply and BBQ area. The villa has a private 8m x 4m pool which is professionally maintained weekly and enjoys delightful sea views. There are extensive gardens around the villa and covered parking for two cars.
The lounge has a 32" flat screen TV with UK freesat TV and a DVD player. Wireless internet access is provided and a PC is available for guest use. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request for no additional cost.
The property is located between Alicante and Valencia with both airports being only a little over an hour's drive away. There is a restaurant and a bar within the Monte Pego urbanisation and several other good places to eat and drink in the close vicinity. There are plenty of things to do close by with the towns of Denia, Javea, Oliva and Pego being only a short drive away. The closet beach is a 10 minute drive away. A car is essential.
The rental rates are fully inclusive and include internet, laundry, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay.
A satellite navigation unit is provided at the villa for guests pre-programed with the local attractions places of interest and good places to eat. Full directions are provided for guest arrival and coordinates to find the villa with your own sat nav if required. We use a local management company so there is a contact for any queries, questions or problems you have during your stay.
