This beautifully presented original island stone cottage, has everything you need for the perfect holiday, with an outside 6 person hot tub for you to use.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and has an open planned dinning area with a table which can seat up to 4 people.
The master bedroom and lounge lead out of French doors onto a private patio area with outside table and chairs, perfect for those lovely warm evenings.
This original island stone cottage is set in a quiet farm location in the beautiful West Wight countryside with plenty of great walks and cycling areas.
A tastefully decorated cosy and well equipped cottage located in a village just outside one of the most picturesque towns (Yarmouth) on the island.
We had a warm welcome from Kristina and there was a welcome basket in the cottage.
The Hot Tub just across our patio was a daily treat!
This is an ideal place for a couple in a quiet but very accessible part of the island
The village of Thorley is surrounded by beautiful countryside which is perfect for long walks and cycling, as the roads are very quiet and safe, which is great for families with small children.
There's a farm with cows, chickens and geese across the road and it's where we get the fresh free range eggs for the welcome hamper.
Just 5 minutes down the road in Wellow there's the Alpaca farm with a farm shop and cafe, you can even walk the alpacas!
There's lots of lovely coves and beaches nearby, with Yarmouth sand hard being great for BBQs as they provide a few with seating areas.
There's also Colwell bay and Compton beach within 10 minutes drive away, both a must see!
The west Wight is also where you can see the fabulous coastline and visit the needles and alum bay which are both very popular.
Newport the main town and the centre of the island is just a 15-20 minute drive away, where you'll find all the big shops/supermarkets to stock up for your stay.
