Substantial sunny detached house with four double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower and WC), one single bedroom, large living/dining area, modern kitchen, bathroom with WC, additional WC, utility room, and garden (with summer house). Private parking (including garage and driveway). Great space for relaxing.

Well Behaved Dogs Welcome

The house is set in a quiet residential area of St. Andrews, near the botanical gardens. A twenty minute walk takes you to the centre of the town, the 18th hole of the Old Course, or the West Sands beach via a beautiful waterside walk. Apart from being the world-famous home of golf, St Andrews is home to Scotland's oldest university (which recently celebrated 600 years)​ and has two beaches, harbour, cathedral and castle, and has an extensive selection of great shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

This is a perfect base for golfers, or for exploring Fife, its fishing villages, Edinburgh, Dundee, Falkland Palace, Glamis Castle or the beautiful Angus Glens. Enjoy walking the coastal path, the fishing villages such as Crail, boat trips to the isle of May, local art and craft festivals, and visiting lots of farm shops.

There is also horse riding nearby, watersports, cycling or enjoy the many golf courses. It may be advisable to try to secure tee times at certain courses.
