This lovely apartment, with a total area of 120m2 and parquet flooring, is located in the real heart of Barcelona, in a peaceful street next to the University of Barcelona and its beautiful gardens. This street has a large number of bars with terraces where, especially during the spring and summer, you will be able to enjoy a refreshing drink and chat with your friends without missing the opportunity of being in the centre of Barcelona.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, with 3 double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two twin beds. All 3 bedrooms are large and sunny, as is the living-room, which has a chill-out area with two sofas and chest of drawers, and an eating area with a large glass table with chairs right next to the window. There is a separate kitchen, which comes equipped with all the mod-cons, such as a microwave, a dishwasher, a juicer and a toaster.
Amongst the apartment's facilities, you will find Internet connection, a TV, a DVD-player, a radio and a Hifi-system.
Lastly, in order to guarantee guests the maximum in terms of comfort, the apartment has two fully-equipped bathrooms, both with bath.

We really enjoyed staying here.
We "check-ed in" at night, and got instructions to pickup the key from a location. It was fun to figure out, and the taxi driver was nice enough to make the stop along the way.
We really liked the accommodation and clean rooms and sheets. We picked up milk, eggs, and bread from a local market and had a wonderful breakfast at home before exploring the city. We really enjoyed this place.
This location is perfect if you want to be close to it all.
It’s two blocks from the subway so you can get to any site in no time. Same area also has taxi cabs available.
Bars, clubs, restaurants and a grocery store are all within two blocks. Shopping is within 3 blocks.
Three rooms sleep 6. One room has a private restroom and the other two share the second. The apartment has wi-fi. The kitchen is equipped with basic necessities. The washroom provides detergent, a drying rack and iron. You can hang your laundry out and do like the locals.
Access to the building requires a key for the front gate and one for the apartment door. The elevator max is 3 persons. The apartment is on the sixth floor so the stairs to the apartment are a workout.
The apartment is not overly fancy. It has all the necessities for a stay in a centralized spot giving you access to everything. My friends and I enjoyed staying here very much.

This spacious apartment is in a great, central location with all you need for an enjoyable City break. 3 generous bedrooms and huge lounge. Well fitted kitchen. 3 generations of my family all enjoyed our time there during our recent visit. All that would be missing is air conditioning if it were any hotter than during our stay. We were made so welcome on our arrival, with a real personal touch, which was gratefully received. We would all recommend this apartment to enjoy Barcelona.
Lovely apartment on a quiet street with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The metro was less than 10 minutes away and you can walk from the apartment to La Rambla and the Marina.
Beautiful and bright and a nice location. The keys into the building we felt were very hard to use, but we eventually got the knack of it. The remote check in was not difficult, but the locker seemed to be in a different location than the directions outlined. (they are numerical, so we found it after a short search.) The house cleaner was able to let us into the apartment to drop off our luggage early and that was a huge help. Even though there is no air conditioning, the apartment was comfortable with windows open and ceiling fans on. The kitchen is equipped with most of what you will need. We especially appreciated the coffee maker.

Anyone needing gluten free, excellent Pastisseria Jansana gluten free bakery just 3 blocks up from the apartment on Carner de Balmes. Would love another week at this apartment and location. Thank you Rachel
