Villa Garlands is a detached three bedroomed villa with private pool set in established gardens. The pool is fenced and gated from the villa. Huge sunbathing area around the pool plus separate furnished veranda off the pool, with lounge suite and table and chairs for al fresco dining. Built in BBQ.
Only 3 minutes walk to the nearest beach or restaurant , yet in peaceful location with very private pool area. The pool is set behind the villa, for maximum privacy.
The villa has private driveway, fully enclosed large gardens and is accessed by a gate and steps down to front door. Fully fitted kitchen with quality facilities. Through lounge dining room to lounge. Three sets of patio windows in living and dining room, for maximum light and air. Leather sofas, TV, DVD and internet in lounge. Dining facilities in and out door. Guest toilet downstairs.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Two twin rooms, sharing a large balcony with sea views. Family bathroom off set. Master is double , ensuite with shower room.
This quality house is upgraded annually and offers the best of facilities and value for money. No car required. Beaches, restaurants and shops are all in easy walking distance of the villa - though many people prefer to simply stay put in the house and, once they've shopped, have their food delivered!
Pool cleaned twice weekly to EU standard for comfort and safety. Pool has walk in steps to shallow end then graduates to deep end.

This beautiful house is owned by Liz and Alex Garland , whose main home is in Liverpool but who love their villa as a second home.
We work for them, caring for their villa, pool and customers - and they are an absolute pleasure to work for as they put themselves in the shoes of the holidaymakers and want their villa to be everything for the guests, that they would want themselves.

Liz and Alex both love Cyprus and were looking for a villa which could eventually be a home to them. They choose Garlands because of its location, design and layout - and particulary because of the huge outdoor area which houses the pool and the sunbathing areas around it. Over the years, they have upgraded the indoor and outdoor areas, adding eg lounge suite on the veranda, built in BBQ with al fresco dining area, outdoor food preparation area and much more.
Anyone holidaying here, can do so knowing every detail has been thought through carefully, from the light fitting chosen to the colour scheme. The villa is a credit to its owners and a pleasure for the guests.
