This modern apartment with its terrace views overlooking the harbor is located very close to all the facilities one could want on holiday. It is about 4 minutes walk to the port with its supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It offers three bedrooms (one double and two twins) that are all air-conditioned. The master bedroom is en-suite. There is one family bathroom fully fitted and one with a shower. The terrace has outdoor dining for six people and a couple of relaxer chairs too. The apartment is fully air conditioned and offers good value accommodation for a larger family. It also benefits from a private parking space and fantastic optic fiber internet is included in the price. Its proximity to the marina of Estepona makes it an excellent location for holidays. The complex offers two swimming pools and a social club in peak season. Two beaches (Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo) are within an easy stroll of about eight minutes from the apartment – both beaches have beach-bar restaurants available with sun loungers and parasols. The apartment offers modern furniture and all the amenities for a very comfortable holiday in Estepona.

This apartment is in located in the urbanization of Puerto Blanco, Estepona and is situated within five minutes walk of the marina/port of Estepona with its restaurants, bars and cafes. It is about eight minutes walk to the beaches of Playa del Cristo (soft yellow sand and shallow water) and Playa la Rada (with its chiringuito bars and blue flag services).

This apartment is in an ideal location for holidays since a supermarket is less than two minutes walk and all services are on your doorstep.

There are two fenced swimming pools within the urbanisation for your use during your holidays.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
