El Sueño is a modern clean apartment in a stunning location. The Edificio Bahia complex is situated in a prime position on the promenade adjacent to a sandy beach, just 10 steps to the sea. It is an easy, level walk to bars, restaurants and the Soller tram. With one bedroom it can sleep 1-3 people. We are on the 4th floor (there is a lift!) with fabulous views of the Serra de Tramuntana and the Soller Valley. Well maintained and cared for El Sueño has great facilities. We have a manager in the resort for emergencies & can recommend a taxi for an airport transfer.

Available for weekend breaks during winter season. Very Popular location. Safe and secure for the solo traveller, discount available. No Smoking.

Our apartment is situated away from sounds of the beach & the promenade, with a balcony overlooking 'Serra de Tramuntana' mountains & Soller town, furnished with comfortable wicker chairs. There are beach chairs & a parasol available for use on the beach. The bedroom has a kingsize luxury mattress bed. There is also a comfortable sprung double sofa bed in the lounge. (the sofa bed can be left open during your stay as it in addition to the lounge suite). Baby cot. Hair dryer. En-suite bathroom to bedroom with bath/shower over, WC.

43' Plasma TV, Satellite with English Channels, DVD & CD player. Books, Games, CD's, & DVD's for guest's use. Ipod/Iphone dock. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, iron, and ironing board. Mosquito zapper. Dining table to seat 4 people.

El Sueno is fully equipped for Winter let including Duvet, Hot Air Heating, Oil Filled Radiators, English SAT TV, electric blanket, etc.

About Susan

We loved self catering but were always disappointed with the quality of the accommodation.

We bought El Sueno because we wanted our holidays at a good quality apartment. We wanted it to be as comfortable as home and it is. The apartment is fabulous and we love coming here. In fact we are here a lot of the time!

We scoured Spain for the location... When we found Soller and the Port of Soller the search ended. We wanted somewhere in a good location, with easy level access to restaurants for my parents, we found Edificio Bahia.... on the promenade - 10 metres from the sea.

Come and stay...... we love it here and I am sure you will too.

We have just enjoyed a super stay at El Sueno. We have been to Puerto de Soller twice before, staying at the Marina Hotel, so we knew how ideal the resort is. The comfort and flexibility of staying in the apartment only made it better. El Sueno is superbly equipped and very comfortable and of course its location is just the icing on the cake. We have stayed in many apartments over the years and I have to say this is definitely the best. Great communication and help from S too..... thank you

A Gem of an Apartment

A great apartment. Spotlessly clean and comfortable; has everything you could want, a real home-from-home. Location is superb:- walk out the front door of the building and you're on the beach:; look up the valley to Soller from your balcony and the view is sublime, especially of an October morning as the church and town emerge from overnight mist. This really is a terrific place. Totally recommended. I'll be going back soon.

Best holiday ever

We enjoyed every minute. Weather was still lovely in October. We were impressed with the lovely apartment, fabulous and it was so convenient to walk out of the front door on to the beach- no car needed. We took a taxi from the airport in Palma and we did not miss a car the whole time we were there. The view on the balcony on the mountains are lovely and we could not get tired of it as it looked different daily. Restaurants are all great and everything was in walking distance. We hope to visit this lovely place soon.

A brilliant place

Our stay here was a delight. Everything about the apartment has been said by others but the location, facilities, comfort and service provided were second to none. The airport transfers with Pierre worked well for us. We loved having the spectacular view in one direction and being able to pop out and sit on the beach whenever we wanted. All this combined with lovely weather, many great places to eat and beautiful countryside around made for a very relaxing stay and we hope to go back

Wonderful!

Well what can I say! This apartment was everything that was promised and more! The location! open the front door and there you are at the beach. It was very clean very well equipped and the views of the mountains whether sat in the morning having breakfast or in the evening with a glass of vino were ever changing! We used the recommended taxi service and this was very good. We would recommend Es Reco Fri BBQ atmosphere wonderful! live music Spanish guitar. You must book this. Had lovely burger at Don Pedro and the sangria at Sa Taronja was the best we had .Took bus to Jardines de Alfabia beautiful and tranquil old gardens and house well worth a couple of hours. Also took bus to Fornulutx very picturesque old village up in the mountains again worth a couple of hours visit. Sue was very helpful throughout. I would definately recommend this apartment to anyone. Porto de Soller is a very clean, safe and family orientated resort and very beautiful.

Great Location if you want the beach

If you haven't been to Port De Soller before, beware of those apartments that say "spectacular sea views". That may mean "from the top of a very steep hill", impossible to get to without hiring a car. And don't rely on the map for location. Even a few streets back from the sea can in reality be half way up a mountain. Try to find them on Google Earth street view. Our favourite end of the town, as we are not beach people, is the old fishing port end, but we booked too late this year and everything there was already full. Luckily, El Sueno at the other end of the bay was still available. If you're going for the beach it must be one of the very few locations in Port De Soller where you can literally walk out of the door and be on the beach, the same beach enjoyed by the expensive hotel a few doors away. The apartment is up on the 4th floor, but there's a lift. Restaurants, cafés and shop all next door. Apartment has all the right equipment and was very light and clean. Possible disadvantage if more than two of you that toilet and bathroom are only reachable through the master bedroom. Balcony is at the back, not facing the sea, but still a good view across orchards all the way to Soller town and the mountains beyond.

Edificio Bahia is situated on the pedestrianised promenade. Easy access to bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The beach (Playa d'en Repic) is 10 meters from the front entrance. All amenities are a level walk, no uphill treks! A tram service runs every 30 min to the picturesque town of Soller. The tram stop is approximately 200m from the apartment. Sóller shares its valley with the villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraix. The villages of Deià & Valdemossa are also nearby. Soller & the Port of Soller is in the 'Serra de Tramuntana' which is a much loved destination for walkers. Nearby: Scuba diving, canoeing, boat trips, fishing and sailing. Palma airport is approximately 30 min drive. Car Hire is not necessary. The Sóller to Palma train service has been running since 1912, and still retains its original character. It links up with the local tram that goes through the orange groves to the Port of Sóller.

Golf: 20 min from the nearest 18 hole golf course.
