Casa Levana is a lovely, large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom traditional Country House set in a small, picturesque and typically charming village in Andalucia. It has a large secluded courtyard and two further generous sized patios which are perfect for dining and relaxing.

The house is on two floors, with a fully equipped kitchen, substantial bathroom and living/dining room downstairs. There are three large bedrooms - two of which have en-suite bathrooms and Air Conditioning. The third bedroom has twin beds and ceiling fan.

The master bedroom has a wood beamed ceiling, king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, air conditioning and underfloor heating for those cooler months.

The double bedroom also has a king-sized bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. It also has a walk in wardrobe. Lastly next to the double bedroom is a twin bedded room with has charming hand glazed tiles and a ceiling fan.

The outside area has two large patio areas and a charming courtyard with flowering shrubs climbing its walls. All are totally private. At the rear of the property there is a further building which contains a summer living room for relaxation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Levana. Its a big house with lots of sitting areas both inside and out. We particularly liked the sun room. The weather was kind to us so we had lovely sunny days and then enjoyed sitting by the roaring log fire in the evenings. I imagine sitting out on the patio on summer evenings would be lovely - unfortunately it wasn't quite warm enough for us in April! We would love to come back and spend some time in the summer months.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a great stay (one week, two adults two children 4 & 6) and really enjoyed the property and location.

The property is located in a tiny village (a car is essential) surrounded by olive groves and is full of character. There's plenty of space and the courtyard works really well for eating out, enjoying the weather & BBQs. It's been nicely renovated with the modern comforts whilst retaining it's original character.

Everything very clean, well equipped and in line with the description & the owner was very helpful providing lots of guidance before hand (including directions, places to visit, responding to a couple of questions we had etc). There's also a stock of leaflets, maps etc in the property along with lots of suggestions of places to visit.

Only word of warning would be the stairs which are quite steep - our 4 year old was fine but this might be a concern with very young children.

We visited all of the obvious locations including Ronda, Seville, Granada & Cordoba. These are all between 1 & 1.5 hours easy driving mostly on the motorway. We also really enjoyed Antequera, El Torcal & El Chorro which are much nearer and spectacular. It's a very central location, with the coast in easy reach as well.

Ideal para visitar Andalucia

Hemos estado estas vacaciones de Semana Santa en Casa Levana, propiedad de Anne.

La casa cumple con creces con las expectativas, estando muy bien equipada y decorada. Del mismo modo, el trato con Anne ha sido excelente y atentísimo.

Respecto a su ubicación, ésta es fantástica si lo que se desea es visitar Andalucia en general y hacer ruta, puesto que la población queda bastante equidistante de los principales puntos de interés turístico.

En total, una bonita experiencia que esperamos poder repetir algún día.

we rent the property from a friendly landlord.

We stayed at the property for a week just enjoyed the size of house is massive and nice and quite lot of trees around people are friendly also landlord she was friendly ear conditions was provided I can said more just enjoyed.

Das rustikale, perfekt eingerichtete, gepflegte, preiswerte Domizil ist innen sehr schön und geschmackvoll renoviert, mit großem, ummauerten Innenhofbereich ohne Garten. Das Dorf, in dem es liegt, ist allerdings recht abgelegen: Roda mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist 6 km entfernt. Die andalusischen Städte sind von hier aus fast gleich weit entfernt. Befremdlich wirkte auf uns die Oliven-Monokultur, die im Umkreis von mehr als 100 km nahezu total zu nennen ist. Nichts als Oliven, weiter als jedes Auge reicht.

Etwas störend war, dass mitten und in jeder Nacht außer Wochenende der benachbarte Olivenbauer mit schwerem Gefährt lautstark seinen Hof betrat und verließ.

Ansonsten rundum zu empfehlen, auch für mehr als 4 Personen.
