A stunning and beautifully presented 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with balcony and direct river views. The property consists of a living room with dining area and open plan kitchen. A west facing balcony that overlooks a communal garden and the river thames as well as 2 bedrooms (double and twin). The master double bedroom is en-suite with shower room whilst second family bathroom offers a tub with shower combo. Free wifi, all bills, linen and towels are all included. We also do not have a final clean charge as this this included.

Please be aware we do not tolerate parties of any kind. The property is located in a residential block and we ask all guests to respect our property and neighbours i.e no excessive noise, no parties, no loutish behaviour. You cannot exceed the number of guests on your reservation without first informing us. Failure to do so will be considered the same as hosting a party. In such events guests will be removed from the property immediately, no refunds will be given and you will lose your security deposit. We expect the property to be returned in a presentable manner. This means you are responsible for clearing up all rubbish prior to departure. We do not charge a cleaning fee as this is included for free. We provide bed linens and towels for all guests. Please bring your own toiletries, several supermarkets are located within a few minutes walk of the property so they can be purchased on arrival if required. The security deposit covers for accidental damages, in such cases we will deduct the required amount for replacement or repair of damaged items. However, intentional damage is not tolerated and will forfeit the security deposit. Please bare in mind the cost of running and furnishing such a property, we like to provide a true home from home experience and simply ask all guests to allow the same amount of care as they would for their own belongings in their own homes. General wear and tear issue are not considered damage by you so you will not be charged. We reserve the right to determine what is wear and tear and what is accidental or intentional damage. Upon arrival please check if anything is broken or not working properly. We keep a record of breakages and on going issues so please do not be afraid to get in touch. Please report any issues as soon as possible so we may fix them in a timely manner for both you and the next group of guests. To avoid possible parties or unruly guests we do not rent out to groups of under 25's. Families always welcome.
