About the property

This first floor duplex is located in a lovely quiet residential development with well-maintained gardens which imitates a typical white Andalusian village with fantastic views both to sea and mountain. It's a beautiful place to relax whether by the pool or sea or if you want more privacy you can sunbathe in one of the two large terraces that the apartment comprises. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with shower, the smaller room has one single bed plus a foldable bed and en suite bathroom with bath tub. Ideally suited for 4 but can accomodate for up to 6 people. There is also a guest toilet downstairs and the whole property features double glazed windows and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully fitted with high end Bosch appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge. The lounge has one bed sofa and one two seater sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, 48" smart TV and DVD player. The star feature of the property are the two terraces which have been recently painted covering a total 60 m2 both with sea and mountain views.

Allocated underground car parking is provided.

The property is only 10 minutes by car to town, sandy beaches and the large shopping centre 'La Cañada' where you can find over a 100 shops such as Zara, Guess, Mango, Marks & Spencer, TopShop, etc... and a large supermarket where you can find fresh fish, fine wines, Serrano ham, cheese, etc.

There are many 5 star hotels nearby offering their facilities to non-hotel guests, including Hotel Los Monteros where you can enjoy a lovely dinner by the sea at La Cabane Restaurant, there’s also Spa services at the Incosol hotel.

There are three golf courses in the area which are Río Real Golf, Santa Clara Golf and Marbella Golf & Country Club so if you choose to practise your favorite sport you can even pick where you go!

Quite apart from the nearby beach and the local attractions of the lovely town of Marbella you can visit Mijas (30 minutes), a beautifully typical village with one of the oldest bullfight rings in the country with a unique elliptical shape.

If you fancy snow, skiing and boarding is available in Sierra Nevada (2 hours). The beautiful city of Granada with the Alhambra palace (also 2 hours).

There is a wide range of activities to do in the nearby for instance Selwo Safari park (30 minutes in Estepona), home to many wild animals and birds that live in relative freedom, Butterfly park (30 minutes in Benalmádena), Aventura Amazonia Park (10 minutes), Water Park (25 minutes in Fuengirola).

The stunning gorge of Ronda is only 50km away and definitely worth a visit. Further inland you can find Seville and Cordoba, both very important in the Spanish history, if you don't want to drive you can always go on the high speed train from Málaga.

East is Malaga where one can visit the Pablo Picasso museum and the new harbour with shops and restaurants (45 minutes) and west is Gibraltar (1 hour).

Puerto Banus is a 15 minute drive. Back towards the airport, Cabopino harbour is 10 minutes drive where you can also find some restaurants by the sea.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement niché sur les hauteurs de Marbella . Il est comme nous l'avons vu sur les photos . Les personnes qui nous ont accueilli sont charmantes et nous ont expliqué le fonctionnement de ce dernier . Le village est très calme et les personnes qui y vivent sont agréables , la piscine est très bien placée peu éloignée de notre logement . En résumé l appartement est à recommandé avec un point fort un golf en bas pour les amateurs
