We have 2 apartments in the building .These apartments are beachfront promenade. With communal pool and gardens. Just in front of the Yacht Club. Private parking in the building. 30 meters from the entrance to the bus stop. The car is not necessary. You can take here the direct bus to the airport, Palma or lot of sandy beaches. Supermarket 20 meters of 0.15 minutes walk from the center of Palma. It's beautiful promenade ', here you can walk, bike or just sit in one of the many terraces overlooking the busy harbor life. From the apartment there is a bike lane over 15 km of beaches and the center of Palma. Variety of good restaurants just 200 meters away. Palma is the capital, he manages to maintain an enchanting elegance for visitors. From the historic Bellver Castle, dating from the 14th century and the world's second largest Gothic cathedral to the old town of the city, with its incredible 'backyards'. The sheltered harbor city stretches around the bay with its beautiful promenade. Only 5 minutes drive from a sandy beach. All beaches are nearby.

Really good, excellent location and quite quiet despite the main road.

Bit of a mix up on our first day with which apartment we were in but really enjoyed being here. Humi and her friend were very friendly and helpful!

Decent but expensive apartment in need of some care

We stayed in the apartment at the end of the season. The information supplied was good on how to get to the apartment and we were met by the owner's son, with a bottle of chilled water and a bottle of chilled Cava - both very welcome. The apartment was spacious and clean, though the stairs down to the bedrooms were quite steep and a handrail would have made it easier to use them, especially carrying heavy luggage up and down. We liked the garden view from the apartment; however, the garden was only in sunshine early in the morning. The pool looked nice but was freezing cold and even children we saw wouldn't stay in it. The WiFi was good. We didn't use the TV. The apartment location was good for a city break, given that 30-60 minutes walk took you into the centre of Palma, and bus and taxi services were found close by. The concierge staff of the apartment complex were pleasant, although nothing directly to do with the apartment while we were there.

Our main problems were that the freezer was unusable because its door seal had failed and the inside was covered with a glacier of ice so thick that you could not open the drawers - disappointing given the heat and that we wanted to make use of it. Our other main issue was that the blinds and curtains in the bedrooms did not cover the windows well and, given that there were outside lights on all night (good for security), we found it difficult to sleep in any of the bedrooms as there was no way to effectively block out light. Minor issues included no plug in the en-suite bath so you couldn't have a bath, only a shower and an invasion of ants in the largest bedroom through gaps in the sliding doors to the garden.

We could, no doubt, have contacted the owner about some of these issues, but we didn't want to waste our limited time on holiday dealing with things that should not have been problems for us at all, given the relatively high cost of this apartment. For the money, we felt everything should have been working properly and the details should have been taken care of.

Owner's Response: I am glad to know you liked the apartment location, it was good for a city break! and everything is close, centre of Palma, bus and taxi services. I am very sorry that you did not contact us in order to solve any problems you may have had. In this apartment there is sun in the morning until 13h-14h from April to early October. The sun is rotating, and depending on the month you find there are more hours of sunshine on the terrace. The pool is not heated (explained on the web) and of course in autumn the water is a bit cold, but people are swimming in this month Sorry that you found the freezer frozen and could not open the drawer, but it would have been fixed the same day if you had called us! It was just defrosting and putting more degrees so it would not settle back, or fix it if it had been necessary. There are blinds in all the bedrooms and all the windows of the apartment, even in the dining room! I do not understand this comment about you could not block the light. Did not you see the blinds? They are in the windows and very easy to use. Ants can sometimes enter small corners, especially when there is a terrace outside. In Mallorca with the heat there are usually ants. We always leave an insecticide in the house for these cases, and putting a single time no longer come out. About the price...I consider this apartment is not expensive, as it is located in front of the sea and Marina, in one of the best areas of Palma, "Paseo Maritimo", it has pool, garden, three bedrooms and three bathrooms for 5-6 people with private parking. Great Location , lovely apartment

This is a great property in a fantastic location, around half hour stroll into Palma centre. The property was very well furnished to meet all our needs for a family holiday, the pool was just outside the front gates which was cleaned every day as well as the pool area and very quiet. We almost lived on the terrace, a great place to read and have a drink while enjoying the weather which was well into the 30s. My only down side was there was no English TV stations although the WiFi signal was great which allowed us to use the Kindle.There are a number of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment , the best being The Boat House. The owner met us on arrival and quickly showed us around and answered any questions we had. I would just like to finish by saying thank you to Humi for the use of the apartment and we will be back.

Secure apartment in fantastic location

We really can't rate this apartment or it's location more highly. It lives up to the photos and description- stylish and very well equipped for a comfy stay. Plus just 20 minutes walk to all the sites and great restaurants and bars. We've absolutely loved our time here! Excellent facilities with pool. Beautiful rooms and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. The views and local area were beautiful. The pool area was a lovely quite place to sunbathe or sit and read. Humi looked after us very well, when we had a problem it was quickly resolved. Fabulous apartment, wonderful town, great week, thank you Humi.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed in this apartment at the end of May. The manager was waiting for us when we got of the bus late at night. The apartment is very well furnished and spotlessly clean. It is handy having the pool just at the bottom of your steps. We loved the place and will be going back next year.

Good and well equiped apartment - in the shade

We stayed in the apartement with kids in the end of the season. Since we have kids one of the things that made us book the apartment was that the pool in the yard. When we made the enquiry we especially asked about if the pool was open. The pool was open. However it was super cold (and we are swedes) and unkept. We saw a janitor pour bottles of what look like pure clorine into the pool. Nothing you would let you kids play in.

It looked very nice with sun beds in front of the apartment. However the sun only hits the apartment between 7-9 am in the morning.

We also had problems watching anything on the TV due to the poor cable quality.

Good things were that the apartment was spatious and clean and it was nicely situated in front of the marina. Parking was included which made it very convinent to make excursions.

Variety of good restaurants just 200 meters away. Palma is the capital, he manages to maintain an enchanting elegance for visitors. From the historic Bellver Castle, dating from the 14th century and the world's second largest Gothic cathedral to the old town of the city, with its incredible 'backyards'. The sheltered harbor city stretches around the bay with its beautiful promenade. Only 5 minutes drive from a sandy beach, just 10 minutes' drive from Playa El Arenal. All beaches are nearby.
