Wonderful 3 bedroom townhouse front line beach in the excellent area of Bahia de Marbella. One of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, with many beach bars and with direct acces from the complex. The first floor consists of fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, spacious living room with direct access to covered terrace and speciuos private garden. The 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, master bedroom with en suite and terrace with amazing sea views. The other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom and one of this bedrooms with terrace. A.C./ Heating conduct system in each floor. This beautiful townhouse has a large sun terrace, equipped to enjoy BBQ with panoramic views. Private underground garage which can park 2 cars and has direct access to the house. Just 3 kilometres from Marbella center and very close to Los Monteros and Elviria. Available WIFI connection.
