This beautifully furnished and ideally situated, two bedroom, first floor apartment is located in St Christopher's court in the heart of Swansea Marina. The apartment benefits from a spacious sit out balcony with amazing views over the bay to Mumbles.
The spacious main entrance hall has doors that lead to the Lounge, the main bathroom and to the two separate bedrooms. Additionally there are doors to a tall cupboard that houses the iron and ironing board and also to the Water heater cupboard.
The Apartment has a lovely lounge with flat screen TV and Sky + with family bundle. There is unlimited superfast broadband. Additionally there is an IPhone docking station, which also has Bluetooth connectivity.
The lounge has a separate dining area with seating for 4 people and leads through to a large open plan kitchen.
The Kitchen has everything you would expect from an apartment of this high standard. This includes large Fridge Freezer, built in oven and microwave, hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, kettle, toaster and of course all the crockery and cooking implements you would need.
The bright family bathroom has a bath with shower and screen, a toilet and washbasin.
The Master bedroom is lovely with a luxurious king size bed and spacious en-suit bathroom with a large shower, toilet and washbasin.
The second bedroom has a Ziploc bed which can be presented as a Superking size bed as in the pictures, or as two full size singles depending on your requirements. Again this is a very luxurious comfortable bed.
Furnishings throughout this apartment are to an excellent standard and high quality bed linen and towels are provided.
This apartment is a short walk to the amenities of Swansea city center. Nearby you will find the Waterfront Museum, the LC2 leisure center, Dylan Thomas Center & the theater. Mumbles is a short drive away as is the Gower Peninsular with its award winning beaches and amazing scenery. You can take a lovely bike ride along Swansea Bay to Mumbles and enjoy the amazing restaurants and ice cream parlors.
There are also some lovely restaurants very close to the apartment within the marina development, or Swansea city center itself also has some great bars and restaurants, all within walking distance.
This apartment is perfect for holiday lets for people who like to be close to the amenities of the city, but also want to relax by the sea or explore the beautiful coastline.
Additionally it is ideal for Swansea business visitors who prefer to stay in private home comforts rather than a hotel.
We recently stayed in Swansea for a family get together. The apartment was very well suited for us, 3 adults and 1 teenager.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would stay here again if we find ourselves visiting Swansea.
The apartment is conveniently situated and in a few minutes you can walk to the marina, beach or 10/15 minutes gentle walk to Swansea City Centre with its variety of shops, cinema, restaurants and bowling. It's a short drive to Blackpill, Mumbles, the Gower and many other places. The apartment is modern and bright and you can see your car parked right outside the main door. The apartment was as described and our booking and key handover was hassle free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.
Don't hesitate to book this lovely apartment. Tastefully decorated, with new furnishings it has all you need. A small sit out balcony allows views across to Mumbles. The apartment is on the first floor and is on a landing with just one neighbour. Car parking is immediately next to the entrance. There is no noise from surrounding apartments or from external sources. Grocery shopping is just 1 minute away by car and a large Tesco is just 5 minutes way. The beach is less than 100 metres and all restaurants and other entertainment are all close by. We were delayed by closure of the M4 on our way down from Heathrow and instead of arriving at 5pm we arrived at 9pm. The owners were gracious and had no problem in waiting and accommodating our late arrival. Will go back if we are in Swansea again.
Lovely apartment, decorating to the highest standard - we enjoy breakfast on the balcony looking out to see. Thought it was lovely to be met at apartment and shown round and the beginning of our stay. Would definitely book again.
