Elysia Park is an exclusive development set in the Universal area of Paphos which is directly between the new and the old towns. The House is a ten minute walk into town where you have sandy beaches, shops and the harbor. 500 meters away there are 2 good Kiosk stores selling wine , beer , basic groceries and everyday items. There is also an excellent local fresh fruit , veg , meat and seafood supermarket very close to Elysia Park , where all the locals shop everyday. There is also a bicycle hire shop 500 meters away. By bicycle it is only 5 minutes from Elysia Park and you are swimming in the sea on a lovely sand beach.

At the harbor there are boat trips available. There are also an array of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Whether you want to go out for a romantic meal or a night out on the town there are pubs, clubs and cocktail bars, Paphos caters for people of all ages.

The focal point of the town of Paphos itself is a charming fishing harbor. Located here, you will also find Paphos fort and a myriad of taverns and open air cafes all serving excellent food and the catch of the day.

Great spacious equipped apartment in an great location

The apartment was perfect for our group of 5 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and one preschooler). All 3 bedrooms were a great size with loads of storage. All furnishings were of a high standard and everything we needed was in the apartment.

We made great use of the pools and loungers. Unfortunately at the time of our visit the childrens play area was closed, and even though it would have been great to be able to use it, we didn't miss it at all.

The location was great too! 15 mins to the airport and less than 5 mins to the marina, which had plenty of free parking and a huge array of quality restaurants. Lots of points of cultural interest dotted around too. Only 5 mins to the Lighthouse beach, which had plenty of sand, rockpools and a cafe with wifi. Supermarkets and restaurants very close to the apartment as well.

Simon, the host was great, available for questions (via whatsapp too) and very quick to respond. For those who book this apartment, Simon's company also offer car rentals - I wasn't aware of this until after I'd booked my own car hire, if I was I would have definitely looked into hiring from them for even more convenience!

We only stayed for 1 week, but I think we could have easily filled 2 weeks with all that there is to explore in the area.

If we ever come back to Paphos, we will definitely be booking this apartment again.

Apartments were quite good, but baths could be better. In both WC's after a shower water was on a floor everywhere.

Location is great. Territory of a complex too.

Another minus is lack of dishes (plates, cups, glasses, etc). Even when there was only 3 of us it was critical

Exellent condition, sunny side

Despite we arrived at Christmas Eve, there was no problem to take the key and get in. Apts were clean. I lived with my family - wife & her mom and my little daughter. Spacious living room connected with kitchen is good for cooking and watching the childrens play on the floor. Among pros are also good location, elevator (good for strollers), cosy matresses, WiFi, parking, and sunny side spacious balcony - in winter it was what we needed from Cyprus!

Apartment and its owners highly recommended to all

My family and I stayed at this wonderful apartment during the middle 2 weeks of August 2016. It's a great base for a wonderful family holiday in the beautiful South of Cyprus. As we have 2 children one aged 5 and one aged 2 it was imperative that we stay somewhere reasonably priced which would allow both children their own rooms for sleeping. We couldn't have picked a better location with 3 bedrooms. The openplan lounge, kitchen and living area in this Appartment is ideal for a family or group of friends and the balcony area overlooking the pool is a wonderful area for chilling at night. The complex is located centrally and driving distances to the water park or marina, town centre or shopping mall are all roughly a quick 10 mins. Communication throughout the booking process was flawless and it was a pleasure to deal with the owners throughout. Overall the entire process of booking, paying and staying was stress free and this Apartment and its owners highly recommended to all

Lovely spacious 3 bed apartment

The apartment was well laid out, clean and spacious. It was well equipped and the pool was nice (if a bit cold!)

It's a shame that there are no bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but the harbour area is only a 20 minute walk away.

Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the apartment.

Simon was very helpful from the initial enquiry until our departure and made us feel very welcome.

Owner's Response: Thank you or your honest review . I agree the pools can be a little chilly in October , because they are so big and they cool down during the night. Sometimes in the later part of the year in October - December the sea can be warmer than a large pool. As i agree about local bars , but as you saw they are building the leisure complex now at Elysia Park and this will consist of indoor pool , restaurant , gym , coffee shop , pharmacy , mini-market and other exclusive facilities. This will then make Elysia Park the Premier Resort Complex in Kato Pafos. For access to the harbour and Tourist areas , there is a taxi office and Bus Stop right outside the entrance gates , so saving the 15-20 minutes walk. Currently the closest good Pub is the Hogshead , which is 15 mins walk away , just past the local Post Office.
