About Ramon Ortega Tormes

Being seasoned travelers ourselves, we know what our guests will be looking for in our apartment. We also enjoy cooking and spending time with our friends. That's why our apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size stove, a large fridge and a dishwasher as well as plenty of cupboard space.

Once the meal is ready, we usually take our time over the dining table, looking out to the sea while sipping a glass of wine.

And if we are not in the mood of cooking, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the neighborhood where we find the fare we are in the mood for, regardless of the time of day. We love the Costa del Sol and return every chance we get.

Why Ramon Ortega Tormes chose Benalmádena

Why our apartment? First of all because it has plenty of room with full sun and breeze everywhere; it sits right next to the beach and, being on the 14th floor, offers breathtaking views over the puerto and the sea, especially at night.

It is also located close to the Paseo maritimo, with its zillions of shops and restaurants, a very pleasant broadwalk where to enjoy a pre- or post-diner stroll.

Another major advantage is that this is a place where you can live very comfortably without a car. A nice change from the business world and the perfect place to enjoy a restful vacation.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartment is conveniently located close to bus routes to Malaga and Fuengirola. Banks, shops, hairdressing salon, chemist and tobacconist are also close at hand to make daily living easygoing and enjoyable. Another major advantage is that most store help speak English on the coast.

Inside the apartment, air-conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi Internet help keep in touch with friends, the social media and the outside world.

The spacious living room with its very comfortable armchairs and the breathtaking views of the sea is the ideal spot to curl up with a good book, or to admire the sunsets.

Spectacular views

Great apartment with panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Marina and Benalmadena.

This apartment is very clean and fully equiped for an enjoyable holiday. The grounds are well maintained and pleasant with a large swimming pool and a smaller toddler pool.

The apartment is centrally located with walks of 5 minutes to the Marina and beaches, there are 100's of bars, cafes and restuarants close by, I barely scratched the surface of these. There are also bus stops close to the apartment for trips to Malaga, Fuengirola etc.. There is also a taxi rank just outside.

Although the apartment building is in a busy area and next to a main road it was still fairly quiet. I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay here.

Clean,well-equipped apartment in central location.

We enjoyed our stay and were delighted to find the apartment was immaculate, bright and had everything we required.

The apartment being on the 14th floor was a slight issue for us, especially when at times there was only one lift working - the maintenance team did seem to be on hand to fix the elevators fairly quickly.

The pool was excellent and the surrounding garden area was pleasant.

There was some noise one evening with maintenance work going on in the same building beside our apartment.

Overall the apartment exceeded our expectations and we would recommend the apartment to others and definitely consider staying here again.

It is true that maintenance work can be noisy and annoying at times, but it is the price we have to pay when living in a large apartment complex. They are renovating all electrical installations in both buildings at the moment to put them up to par with current regulations. We expect the work to be over within the next few months. Fabulous apartment with fantastic views

This apartment is very modern and spacious. The furnishings are really comfortable. It is bright and spacious with all amenities. The views are spectacular and it's location is ideal for everything! We were on the top floor.

The only disappointment was when we had to leave! Will definitely be going back!

I nearly didn’t book this apartment because it had no reviews, but I’m glad I did. We (2 adults) spent a month here from mid December 2015 and found it a bright, airy and spacious “home from home”. It is very comfortable with lots of storage, a very well equipped kitchen, an efficient heating/air-con system and excellent Wi-Fi. The views are fantastic with windows facing east (over the marina), south (beach, promenade) and west (hotels and town), so you can watch the sun go round from dawn till dusk. Although the block is in a second line beach position, this flat is on the 14th (top) floor and considerably higher than the block in front. There is a small south-west-facing balcony, just big enough for two, and for drying the washing. Numerous restaurants, shops, beach and buses are all on your doorstep. There are 3 lifts, so we never had to wait long to go anywhere. The pool was closed this time of year, but looked clean and inviting.

It wouldn’t be fair to other travellers if I didn’t mention some small negatives; one being noise from the rather busy N-340 below, but that’s the price you pay for such convenience. There was poor sound-proofing to the second bedroom, which adjoins a neighbouring flat. We also found a few small cockroaches in the kitchen (quite common in Spain), but Annie, the owner, took prompt action to address this issue. None of these would put me off returning; we really had a wonderful time here!

App with exellent location

If you are looking for an appartement perfectly sized for a family this is the one. We'll equipped with nice furniture

and extreme views in all directions. The lights in Benalmadena Puerto gives a magic view when th evening comes..

Everything was working perfectly and we arrived to a clean appartement. Everything was there as promised and checkin and checkout were handled in a easy way. There is a Busstop close to the building and for a resonable cost you can visit all the major locations at Costa del sol. The beach and promenade are just outside and easy to reach.

We had a car, our own, but hardly used it during our 70 days. The pool area is well maintained but unfortunately for us coming fr.o.m. Scandinavium closed for winter regulated by calendar instead of weather.

However we strongly recomend Annie Dubb as your host, she Will do whats possible to give you an exellent stay and

Value for money!


So Annie hopefully we can do morse grips to Costa del sol and be able to r ent your appartement.
