The beautiful villa Monaco, immersed into the untouched nature of Istria and surrounded by a vast olive plantation, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
It can accommodate up to 10 persons. At your disposal are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, sauna, fitness area, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
The outside area includes a big garden, private pool, outdoor jacuzzi and a barbecue with outside dining area. This is the place where you can sunbathe, chat with your friends and family, while taking a refreshing bath in the swimming pool or preparing a delicious meal at the barbecue and drinking a glass of good Istrian wine. There is also a small park just next to the house with a pond, rivulet and sheep, where you can unwind in an additional outdoor dining area while enjoying the beautiful Istrian nature and relaxing all your senses. Villa Monaco lies in a peacefull countryside setting and is therefore not suitable as a party house. Youth groups are not permitted.

Pula airport is only 15 km away. Pula (15 km ) is the main regional town in Istra with an excellent selection of restaurants and an attractive shopping area. Take a stroll through Pula and experience the streets and squares in the old town, some of them have been preserved since the Roman times. The stunning amphitheater dates back to the 1st century AD and is the sixth largest in the world. The town center is about a 10-minute drive from Pula airport. Fazana is a small coastal town, 11 km from Bonasini, with a harbor from where tourist boats take you (15 min) to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia – Brioni. Fazana has a large pebble beach with a possibility of numerous water sports and activities. Vodnjan is a typical medieval town with an interesting architectural pattern: the houses of the town also create the city walls and used to serve as a defense. The main square boasts with a breathtaking baroque church and a number of restaurants and a new sport park with tennis courts. St. Vicenat (5km away) also known as Savicenta, is a charming quiet small town in central Istria. This town is centered around a number of beautifully restored 14th and 16th century churches and the fortified monar house. There are also several excellent restaurants and cafés and lately, Vodnjan is quickly becoming one of the top cultural towns in Istria with events taking place every weekend. Rovinj (23 km ) with a 1700 year-old history – the most beautiful and luxury tourist town in Istra with an astounding old city center – is an architectural pearl. Its magnificent buildings and charming streets filled with small art galleries create a genuine city of painters with numerous restaurants and cafes.
