El Mirador is situated in a private gated resort near the village of La Mairena which is less than a 10 minute drive from Elviria and its soft sandy beaches, including the famous Nikki Beach club and 5 star Don Carlos hotel complex. Elviria, is a popular area of east Marbella and has many bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, supermarkets and banks. The apartment itself is in a quiet and peaceful location yet under 20 minutes from the glamour of central Marbella and its Old Town and a few minutes more to Puerto Banus with its world famous marina, designer shops and nightlife.

El Mirador has easy access to all the free amenities on the resort including the golf course, tennis courts, paddle tennis, swimming pools, restaurant, bar, gym and spa facilities. The 6 pools (1 solar heated) all have separate childrens' pools which make this an ideal holiday for families with children.

Golfers will also appreciate the free on-site golf course and putting green which together with the proximity of over 20 championship golf courses, including the 54 hole La Cala Resort and the 18 hole Santa Maria course, both only 10 minutes away, makes this a perfect golf holiday base. There are also 2 driving ranges within 10 minutes, one of them being floodlit.

The 2 spacious bedrooms, one has a super king size double bed and the other two single beds. Additionally there is a fold up bed that is suitable for a child, a cot and highchair are all available at a small extra charge.

The living room has 2 comfy sofas seating 6 and is equipped with a 40 inch LED screen TV, satellite TV, DVD, CD, smart speaker, IPod docking station, radio and fast fibre Wi-Fi connection with Internet TV access to UK and International channels and movies. There is also a dining area with a table seating 6.

Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning views over the gardens towards the sea and mountains. Furnished with a large sofa and 2 armchairs and a table and chairs, this is ideal for dining al fresco or just relaxing with a glass of wine enjoying the sun and the views.

The apartment is baby and toddler friendly and equipped with a high chair, cot, baby walker (small extra charge) and no dangerous stairs. We can hire in a push chair (buggy), to reduce the amount of luggage you need to bring with you. Internet TV with access to dozens of UK and international programs* Now that Sky has stopped broadcasting UK stations to southern Spain, many apartments will not have access to English language programs. With a state of the art internet TV system and fast broadband connection, our apartment has access to UK and international stations.
