In the most charismatic and picturesque neighbourhood of Lisbon-Alfama, this apartment is situated on the first floor of a totally refurbished building, and consists of two bed rooms, (4 single beds), living/dining room, kitchen and 2 WC/bathroom (one with shower and the other one with bathtub). It accommodates up to 4 persons.

One bedroom and kitchen have access to a private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioning in all rooms.

Linens and towels are included, dishes, hair dryer, iron, etc are provided as well.

Spacious Apartment in a picturesque district.

The apt was clean and spacious. It contained everything we needed for 2 couples for 5 nights. The tram 28 passed right in front and the metro was a 10 minute walk downhill. Even though we were in the heart of the Alfama district, the apt was relatively quiet. We really appreciated the terrace off the kitchen for sitting and reading or hanging out our clothes.

The air conditioning worked very well. The only I suggestion I have is to supply and extra light sheet for each bed for those of us who don’t care to sleep with the a/c on. We would highly recommend this apt to others.

Superbe !

Appartement superbe situé dans la vieille ville, très typique et plus calme. Séjour avec 2 ados, il y a 2 chambres et 2 sdb/wc, tout est impécable et propre, le confort aussi. ET l'accueil, royal ! Juan et sa nièce sont aux petits soins, nous avons été accueillis avec les fameuses pâtisseries ! Absolument adorables et disponibles ! Je recommande !

Excellent property, strategically located in the center of Alfama

First of all, it is how is shown in the pictures. Or better. Delivered very clean, and everything was working, The only think that you need for the first night, either beer/wine or milk, for the next morning. Which you can get 50 m from there.

Be careful when you open the door the first time you leave the premises. You may find the trolley #28, the famous, running in front of the building. An amazing experience! It happened to us.

You can get to any Alfama location within 15 minutes wallk. You can get downtown within 25 minutes walk.

We were 4 adults and stayed 4 days. With all the features you can stay way longer: has a washer machine and can hang clothes outside in the private patio. Don't want to do dishes? Has a dishwasher. All well thought.

It does have an internal parking so you do not need to move around with the car, which is very difficult.

Has a decent size TV with channels in all languages; as well as very fast internet.

In summary, I do recommend this property while visiting Lisbon/Alfama.

Great location in Alfama. Good facili ties.

Enjoyed the appartment, and appreciated getting parked offstreet in Alfama. Couple of niggles - TV did not work, windows to street from bedroom and bathroom were very public and No-one let us know checkout was running late. We had to phone and make our own arrangements.

Smart apartment, located in traditionl and vibrant part of a beautiful city.

Fantastic location in an incredible city. Tram stop right outside apartment and short walk from traditional eateries.

Very smart decor, lovely courtyard and air conditioning, essential. Very secure and parking on site. Met by welcoming and knowledgable host, who told us everything we needed to know. Definitely planning to return.

Love it

Tram 28 is right outside of the door, very convenient. Great location, close to major attractions and apartment is clean and spacious. Owner is extremely helpful. We had an evening flight on departure day and the owner let us stayed until it was time to go to airport. This is above and beyond. We highly recommend this place.

The building is near the down town of Lisbon-Baixa, within walking distance of Castle of São Jorge, beautiful viewpoints of Portas do Sol, Graça and Senhora do Monte, famous flee market, and legendary tram nº28.

In the neighbourhood, you can find several typical restaurants with fado, lots of small cafes, bars, and local shops.

It is three minutes away from the Santa Apolónia train/metro station, it has few banks and a pharmacy in its surrounding.
