This property benefits with High Standing is totally new.

Ideally located in a small condominium "Family" of 3 units, on the peninsula of Giens less than 50m from the sea, facing the islands of Porquerolles, Ports Cros and the island of Levant.

Apartment (sleeps 6 and 2 bedrooms) with comfort "High Standing" 6 people, air-conditioned located less than 50m from the sandy beach (4km long)!

Large terrace of 17m2 oriented "South East", equipped with a pergola Bio-Climate Automatic with remote control, with table, chairs and loungers for taking meals in the best conditions, Ballon Thermodynamics, high quality Bedding mattress with 20cm and Latex 83Kgs / m2), fitted kitchen, hob, hood, dishwasher, etc ...

Weather still very lenient with over 317 days / year of sunshine! ! !

Rental possible ALL YEAR (from Saturday to Saturday), because this studio has a reversible air conditioning with heating.

The small village of 'La Capte' is located less than 700m, you will find all the necessary shops and services (1 Bakery Pastry, Charcutier Catering, Butcher, Fruit, Stationery-Press, Small supermarket 'Casino', Clothing Stores , Souvenirs, Hairdresser, Doctor, Pharmacy, several restaurants, Bar Café, etc ...)

Bicycle Rental, Boats.

The port of La Capte is 400m, the port of Hyères is 3 Km.

The departure to visit the islands is 2 km in 'the Tour Fondue', you can get there by bus, the bus stop is located 100m from the studio.

A thalassotherapy is located 50m.

All administrative arrangements (contract signature, balance payments, payment of tourist taxes, admissions, exits, inventory, etc.) are managed and organized, without any extra charge, by the Agency 'SEA VIEW' of La captures.

The agency is at your disposal, without any additional cost, for the duration of your stay.

Visitor's tax 0,83 € / day / adult (Free for children under 18 years old) and cleaning of 50,00 € collected by the agency.

The deposit of 800,00 € is not debited on your arrival, it is returned to you at the end of the stay (If no damage).

Rentals run from "Saturday to Saturday" Full week, no possibility of granting in rent nights or weeks incomplete or "straddle two weeks." Only Mid-Week can be possibly accepted as specified below.

'Midweek' only for the off-season, except school holidays and holidays with arrival on Wednesday or Thursday and departure on Saturday.

Séjour très agréable l, l appartement est lumineux et bien conçu

la literie est bien choisi .

Nous avons eu a notre disposition toute les notices explicatives des appareils , tel que le micro onde grill, la pergola , la clim le lave vaisselle .

Une douche extérieur est mise à disposition , pour plus de confort comme la plage est à 50m , bien pratique pour ne pas mettre de sable partout, puis bien agréable pour se rafraichir et profiter d une belle terrasse .

Traumhafter Urlaub im beschaulichen La Capte am tollen Sandstrand

In wenigen Schritten ist man am feinsandigen langen Sandstrand, der stets gepflegt wird. Zu viert reichen die Räumlichkeiten gut aus. Besonders die geräumige Terrasse mit Vorgarten und Gartendusche hat uns begeistert, zumal wir bei dem schönen Wetter alle Mahlzeiten im Freien einnahmen. Die Organisation durch den Eigentümer und die Verwaltung war einwandfrei. Zwar nur schriftlich war die persönliche Betruung des Eigentümers sehr angenehm. Zur Schlussabnahme erschien die Angestellte pünktlich zum vereinbartenTermin.

Die Wohnung war sauber und im guten Zustand. Einige Hinweise der Verwaltung auf der Inventarliste wären uns selbst nicht mal aufgefallen. Besteck und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden.

Die Klimaanlage ist angenehm leise, so dass wir sie auch nachts in Betrieb nahmen. Die bewegliche Pergola bietet individuelle Möglichkeiten, auf der Terrasse Klima und Helligkeit zu regulieren.

Zwar gehört zur Wohnung kein fester Stellplatz, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe habe wir immer eine Möglichkeit gefunden, unserern Pkw zu parken.

Falls wir in der Region mal wieder unsere Ferien verbringen, würden wir diese Unterkunft wählen.

Moderne und gepflegte Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Nach zwei gelungenen Aufenthalten in den benachbarten Ferienwohnungen "Flamme" und "Honey" desselben Eigentümers haben wir diesmal eine Woche in der Wohnung "Greige" verbracht. Auch diese Unterkunft hat uns sehr überzeugt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind insbesondere die ruhige Lage und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand. Ein besonderer Dank gilt den Vermietern, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden wiederkommen.

For Belgians, the Northern People and Pas de Calais' With the Company "JETAIR" start every Friday (1:30 p.m.) and every Sunday (1:30 p.m.) (in Low Cost flights with very good offers) of the Charleroi Airport (Belgium), arrival at Hyères-Toulon after 1:20 flight, you take a taxi (€ 15 max) and, after 15 minutes ride you have arrived! THIS IS SO GREAT FOR ALL TYPES OF STAY (Small escapades such as large!) ....

You will find all shops, services and restaurants nearby!(Within 700m).

Heavenly place, a range of 4 km long with turquoise blue waters, facing the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros, Levant Island).

The island tour is by boat from the 'Fondue Tower' 2 km from the apartment.

Possibility to get there by bus; The bus stop is 100m.

Ornithological Park 'Salins' is 500m from the studio.

Guests can visit to admire the fauna and flora of the region.
