About this property

Due to regulations regarding the current drought most complexes cannot use their pools, luckily our complex along with hotels and public pools is permitted to have the main pool open for summer 2024.
Our recently refurbished penthouse triplex apartment is in a fabulous location on a smart complex surrounded by a large choice of cafes, restaurants and bars. Near the best golf clubs in Nueva Andalucia, and the beaches of Puerto Banus and Marbella. Offering excellent quality and value accommodation, equipped with everything you could need for short on longer stays. Enjoy the all day sun and extensive open views from the two terraces. A dining terrace off the lounge plus large open roof terrace with extensive views, perfect for relaxing and watching the colourful sunsets. There are sunbeds, comfy patio sofas and dining set with mini furniture for little ones. Awnings are provided for shade.
There are cream marble floors throughout with new silent air-conditioning and heating. The master has a super-king bed with excellent quality new deep mattress and en suite with bath/shower. The second bedroom twin beds are extra long and there is a further full sized bathroom. Blackout curtains help keep the apartment cool and are great for a good nights sleep.
There is fibre optic IPTV providing over 120 channels including 12 popular UK channels,, DVD (film library) with fibre on WIFI available
If required there is a spacious, secure underground parking space next to the lift to the apartment that can be organised by arrangement
The Aloha Gardens complex has lots to offer a large pool with summer lifeguard, extensive Moorish influenced gardens with pools & fountains. A further area is dedicate to families with young ones with a gated pool and play area. During the winter months you can make use of the indoor heated pool.
The friendly Brothers tennis club and cafe welcomes all, with childrens coaching, is a short walk away . There are 4 racquets at the apartment
We have equipped the apartment with everything you could possibly need to provide a real home from home at amazing prices. Young ones are catered for with mini patio furniture, books, beach toys etc.
If you are new to this area we can help with suggestions to help you make the most of your stay.
A refundable security deposit of £175 per week is required.
Electricity use of 50 euros per week is included any overspend is payable from your deposit.

Miss representation

I was led to believe it was a penthouse there for all on one level in fact it is over 3 levels 4 sets of marble stairs very dangerous especially for children I only booked this townhouse because I thought it was a penthouse as I suffer from breathing disabilities made my break hard work at every turn Pool beds are extremely uncomfortable we made the best of a disappointing so called penthouse the owners need to change there advert in many ways as it is most misleading

Wonderful holiday

Just got back from our holiday at this property and was thrilled with this place , it was even better than expected , the photos don’t do it enough Justice !!! Stayed with my husband, son and his girlfriend and it suited all of us . Great location , wonderful views, easy to travel into Puerto Banus and Marbella. We rented a car which the proprietors recommended and was so glad we did The apartment was very clean and spacious with fabulous views . The pools and the gardens were kept so lovely , some good restaurants bars and shops close by Overall it was a great relaxing holiday and would definitely book again

Excellent Location in Puerto Banus

The apartment was superb and probably the best position within the complex for views and sunshine. Some 30+ bars and high quality restaurants within walking distance. Have been to many apartments in and around Marbella and Puerto Banus and this has been by far the best

Beautiful apartment with an amazing sun terrace. Owners communicated well throughout & are very helpful with any queries you my have, before & during your stay. A lovely complex, that's not too big & has top class bars & restaurants around the outside. Ideally located, with a short taxi ring to the centre of Puerto Banus. A big thumbs up! 👍👍

Excellent! Best apartment on complex!

Perfect property, probably the best apartment on the complex! It is more like a house as it is laid out across three floors including a large roof terrace. Amazing views from the terrace and the balcony. As this is the corner plot, the apartment benefits from panoramic views and more privacy than other apartments, you can see the pool and gardens from the balcony. The property was very well maintained with everything you needed and more to have a great stay. The owners and managers were excellent at communicating and answering any questions quickly before the visit. The property manager even brought the key to us in a restaurant as we were initially early on arrival and he offered to do this, amazing customer service! You can't go wrong in Marbella - so much to see and do. Even on the doorstep of this apartment are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and a taxi rank outside so you can easily go anywhere! 5Euro to Mistral Beach or Puerto Banus. If you bring a hire car there is also secure underground parking at the complex. The complex is also very secure with strict security gates and a presence of security 24 hours. We loved this apartment so much that I am already planning another visit later in the year - I highly recommend it!
