New apartment artfully reconstructed next to the Tiburtina subway line B

Recently reconstructed apartment equipped with all the commodities and 700 metres away from the Tiburtina subway line B. Made up of an entrance, living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, open kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi. All house linen is provided.

Located in the important commercial district of Tiburtina Avenue, 700 metre away from the train station Roma Tiburtina, even the subway is 700 metre away.

The apartment, of 90 sq.m, has been recently restructured and artfully decorated, equipped with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and central heating.

It has two wide bedrooms of which one has an internal bathroom.

Bathroom and sleep linen are provided.

Nice apartment convenient for Metro

This is a spacious and nicely furnished apartment located 10 minutes walk from Tiburtina railway/metro station. It's located on the 2nd floor of a residential block and is convenient for local shops and cafes. The metro line B gives easy access to central Rome: Spanish Steps, Coliseum, the Vatican etc.

The apartment is nicely furnished and has two spacious double bedrooms and two shower rooms. Everything was in good order and very clean.

The only slight negative was that it was impossible to properly control the apartment's heating. Marina, the owner, informed us that the heating was controlled centrally in the building and, as some of the radiators couldn't be turned off, it was sometimes uncomfortably warm.

We didn't meet Marina the owner but communication with her was good. Unfortunately she was unable to allow us to store our luggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out - and disappointingly Tiburtina station doesn't have anywhere to leave luggage.

Over-all, we were very pleased with the apartment and would recommend it to anyone looking for good value, high quality accommodation close to public transport.

Haven in Rome

Beautiful newly refurbished stylish apartment. It was very clean, had all ammenities & air con which was wonderful. My boys thought it was the best apartment ever!

Ferienwohnung mit guter Infrastruktur

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Aufteilung für vier Personen. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit zwei separaten Bädern. Für normales Frühstücken und die Zubereitung kleiner Mahlzeiten sind die Utensilien da. Im Umfeld finden sich zwei Supermärkte, eine Einkaufsstraße und natürlich kleine Feinkostläden, wie sie für Italien typisch sind. Die Anwohner des Kiezes sind sehr höflich. Tiburtina selbst ist im Wachsen, einige Baustellen und viel Autochaos. Marina reagiert umgehend auf Anfragen, wenn man etwas benötigt oder bspw. die Rolläden klemmen. Mister Claudio ist sofort da und Dank Zweitschlüssel, muss man nicht auf ihn warten. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig, wobei auch im Haus gebaut wird. Für vier Personen lohnt es sich.

Mai avuto a che fare prima con persone del tutto asociali, prive di empatia e ritengo completamente fuori di testa come lei. Mi auguro vivamente che nessun altro host abbia a che fare con lei in futuro! Mi sono posta nei suoi confronti come sono solita fare con tutti i miei clienti, con assoluta disponibilità e gentilezza, cercando di venire incontro a tutte le sue continue richieste ed accontentandola con prontezza e repentinità. Dapprima le richieste erano limitate all'appartamento e sono state prontamente soddisfatte. In seguito ha iniziato a mandarmi messaggi ogni giorno perché a suo dire c'erano troppi rumori molesti nel condominio( faccio presente che il mio appartamento é situato in uno stabile abitato da molte persone e non in una villetta isolata). Ho dovuto chiedere la gentilezza alle persone che abitavano sopra e accanto di fare attenzione quando rientravano a non fare rumore perché una persona si era lamentata. Il giorno seguente ricevo un altro messaggio delirante in cui mi si diceva che nel palazzo di fronte a quello in cui si trova l'appartamento venivano effettuati lavori di ristrutturazione che non le permettevano di stare tranquilla e che lei si trovava a Roma in vacanza e non voleva sentirli. La mia risposta é stata che i lavori di ristrutturazione in altri palazzi vengono fatti solo dopo approvazione di rigidi protocolli Comunali e solo in determinati orari e che io non potevo farci assolutamente niente. Perciò io non accetto questa recensione frutto di ragionamenti annebbiati e sicuramente poco obiettivi. La prossima volta, cara Liliana Cataldo, si cerchi una collocazione in una casa isolata una campagna disabitata e non in un quartiere semi centrale di una poliedrica è complessa Città come Roma.

We had a great stay!

Marina was a lovely host, she was there with her assistant to meet us when we arrived and was very helpful in showing us around the apartment. She was very flexible and easy with check-in and check-out times and we only had to leave the keys when we left at whatever time we wanted! The apartment itself is amazing with everything you could need, and although not in the centre of Rome it's very close to a Metro line that get's you to all the main areas quickly for a pretty cheap price. All in all we had a great stay and would go back to Marina's apartment if we ever go back to Rome!
