Can Jeroni de Mal Pas is a spectacular luxury home in the exclusive residential area of ​​Mal Pas-Bonaire who chairs the beach of Sant Pere, the prettiest of Alcudia.

Its superb location, the stunning scenery of the Sant Pere beach at your feet and the Mediterranean Sea in the background with blue turquoise and aquamarine waters make this property a dream holiday home.

We access the property through a large gate that leads into a beautiful garden with large trees, playground area and outdoor dining. The building is an architectural icon north of the island by its size and beautiful Majorcan traditional construction. It has an outdoor porch in the shade in the garden with outdoor dining, chill out corner and side view over the beach.

Terraces with different environments and panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the beach of Sant Pere and sunset over Cape Formentor that surround the property has private access to the beach located at a distance of just five meters.

By accessing the house we have a bright and spacious hall that leads to a superb dealer with dining room dominated by a beautiful crystal chandelier with majestic staircase noble wood in the background.

From the front hall access a lovely living room with fireplace, reading corner, amazing sea views and access to the amazing terrace area with outdoor dining area, sofas and chill out.

Also the distributor hall leads to the kitchen of the villa in natural wood, with breakfast bar, pantry and fully equipped.

In the first floor we find the spacious Double Twin with access to the terrace run around the entire perimeter of the house, the bright Single Room with beautiful views of nature, comfortable and spacious Orange Double Room and the wonderful View Double Room Sea with en suite. Also on this first floor is a full family bathroom.

The wooden stairs lead us to the balustrade beautiful tower of the villa with the Tower Double Room with stunning views and a private full bath. And if we continue down the stairs we are surprised the spectacular view of the tower with the best panoramic views of the north of the island to Formentor on the horizon.

Finally, on the ground floor the property has a triple and a double, toilet and shower.

Sant Pere beach in Mal Pas-Bon Aire, is the most beautiful of Alcudia. It is a wonderful family-beach of fine white sand and crystal clear turquoise waters. Next to Puerto Crocodile, and it is also in the vicinity of Port d'Alcudia.

The Tower of San Pere beach chairs and sits just above it. The house also has direct access by a private road just 5 meters down from the tower on the beach.

The Tower of Sant Pere is also just 4 kilometers from Port d'Alcudia: a small fishing port, which today has become a popular place for people who enjoy life at the beach. The boardwalk has won several competitions in architecture and urbanism and is the perfect place to walk with its fragrant aroma and pleasant breeze, between "llaüts" traditional fishing boats setting, and the modern marina Alcudiamar.

On the other hand, there also find the best fish restaurants, ice cream parlors and clothing stores. And facing the beach, kilometers of fine sand that draws the Bay of Alcudia with its crystal clear turquoise waters. It is the most popular beach, with all services: bars, boat rental and sailing courses and a water park.

But this beach, the longest in Mallorca (10 km), is not alone. Nearby you will find nearly twenty: sand, pebble, rock, accessible only by sea songs. Among the intimate beaches stands Alcanada, or the S'Illot Coll Baix. The latter is a true marvel of nature that is only accessible by boat or after a pleasant outing among pine trees and rocks.

Precisely from the Coll Baix begin some very interesting excursions for lovers of trekking and nature as it rises to Sa Talaia, old watchtower at the highest point of the town. From above we see two bays, the Serra, Alcúdia, the Pla de Mallorca and when the day is clear, the coast of Menorca.

But if there is an unmissable event for lovers of nature, is S'Albufereta and S'Albufera, two of the largest wetlands, relevant ecological value of the Balearic Islands, with significant plant and animal species.

Also very close to the house is the old town of Alcudia, whose name combines the Arabic and Roman footprint. Located near the Serra de Tramuntana, Alcúdia has his back to the rural Majorca, feet the waters of two bays, the north of Pollença and Alcúdia east. Alcúdia is located in the center of this area of ​​contrasts, between the stone wall of the Serra and the sandy coves of the Bay of Alcudia between the north wind, the sea and inland.

A row of orange mark the route of the main streets, the Carrer del Moll and Main Street. These streets are home to small jewelery shops, shoe stores, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, many of those housed in large houses built centuries ago, small and peaceful squares establishments. Alcúdia is one of those places worth lost in its streets to discover around every corner a new place with charm, a new feel.

Every Tuesday and Sunday morning, the pace of the city is accelerated with the market. Farmers, traders, artisans and artists paint color the villa and bustle of the people around you feel inside and outside the medieval walls.

Aucanada Golf Course is also just 4 kilometers from the property. It is one of the leading golf courses in Mallorca with 18 holes and spectacular views.
