I have enjoyed my second home at the Reims for three years, and would love to share the experience with you. Actress, Singer, Producer, and Philanthropist, my life is dedicated to history and celebration of cultural exchange. The apt. is called the "La Voie Vivante" and part of my PATTON HOUSE series which includes Normandy and Sweden. Veterans, active duty, and first responders are given special rates. Just ask!
Why this property? Because it is situated right where you need to be to know you are in Reims! I have tried to give the place a personal touch with my own military family heritage and although I am often on the road, I would love to welcome you personally if I can. So, why spend the same money for a generic hotel when you can stay in THE prime property of the city. And why suffer the hassle of Paris when you can live in Reims!
Location, comfort, and convenience is everything! Convenient to Charles DeGaulle Airpoirt, Paris Center, and Calais. Personal Attention. Part of the proceeds will help WW1 and 2 memorials across Europe including The 101st Airborne Museum in Bastogne Belgium (gratis entry for all my guests!)
I can't say enough about location, location, location. So much in Reims is within walking distance, and of the 4 taxi's we took the most expensive was 11.50€. As for the apartment goes it is wonderful, and I would highly recommend it. Finally, our hostess that allowed us to stay was wonderful and responsive to our needs. I absolutely loved our visit to Reims.
Lovely spacious flat. Clean. Well equipped. Great location. Very helpful owner.
A most luxuriously appointed apartment packed with unusual and fascinating memorabilia . A great central spot from which to explore the city.
This location was very convenient. The apartment was large, functional, and decorated in such an interesting manner. Helen was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations. She also had several amazing surprises for us along the way. I would definitely stay here again!!
Six of us stayed at the property as part of a larger group visiting the region for a birthday celebration. We were able to accommodate the whole group at various points, there was plenty of space and the facilities were perfect for relaxing and for entertaining. The apartment is truely charming, with all of the facilities you would need - plus the central location and view of the cathedral. Helen and Corinne took great care of us, even making the arrangements for a surprise Birthday cake which was exquisite and would have been very difficult to arrange ourelves (thank you again!). Helen provided plenty of helpful information - in general and in response to our requirements. We also were lucky enough to try some of the award winning Patton champagne. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone planning a trip to Reims.
We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very well located in the shadow of the Cathedral, a short walk to most of the tourist sites, yet was for the most part surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped and the wifi worked perfectly. The apartment is decorated in a very singular way, reflecting in part Helen’s ongoing interest in the life of her grandfather, the famous General Patton. It was great that we did get to briefly meet her (and the adorable Zelda) and taste her house champagne.
You are meters away from all conveniences and a 5 min walk to the tram which reaches all areas and train stations. Reims Opera and arthouse cinema, Musee Beaux Arts, Gallery Lafayette, Zara etc.. . Nail and Hair salons, fitness and pool also nearby. And Euro Disney is easy to get to for a day trip!
