7 Crown Apartments has its own private entrance located to the rear of the property. Upstairs, on the first floor, is the spacious hall which takes you through double doors to the bright, spacious Lounge. The lounge is furnished with two matching leather sofas providing a comfortable area to relax and watch the large screen TV with free Sat TV and DVD or read a book from the selection in the bookcase.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you wish to cater for yourself, including a built in hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. A separate dining area provides ample space for enjoying meals in a comfortable setting.
Also on the first floor there is a convenient toilet and wash hand basin. A separate cupboard provides storage for suitcases etc.
The stairs lead up from the hall to the second floor where the bedrooms are located. The first Bedroom to the front has a king size bed with two bedside tables and handy bedside wall lights. A spacious built in wardrobe provides plenty hanging space with shelf above. The En suite shower room has a white suite comprising a toilet, wash hand basin and separate shower cubicle with shower from the main combi boiler system.
To the rear, the second Bedroom also has a king size bed, bed side cabinets and wall lights. There is a full length built in wardrobe with mirrored doors with hanging rail and shelf above. The property is furnished throughout with new modern oak furniture and decorated in light neutral tones. There is one parking space allocated to the property and there may be additional visitor parking. There is a shared outdoor area at the rear of the property.
All bed linen, towels, electricity and internet access are included in the price. A starter supply of toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid is also included. Keys are available at the property through a small external safe, the code for which will be made available to you before arrival. Keys are left back in the safe as you leave.
