Spacious accommodation in a comfortable two-storey Victorian flat. It’s in a secluded street close to Leith Walk, with free unrestricted on-street parking and a regular bus service to the city centre (or a 20-minute walk to Princes Street if you prefer to go by foot). There are two double bedrooms, a large living-room with dining table in the bay window, a well-appointed kitchen (with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer) with kitchen table and dining chairs, a utility room with a washing machine, and a private garden. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, WC and hand basin. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC and a rack for drying clothes. Access is via an internal stair from the ground floor; the accommodation is on two levels (some rooms are not open for guests).

The apartment has gas central heating/hot water, and the price of electricity and local taxes is included.

n.b. A single blow-up mattress is available if required

Spacious Edinburgh Apartment

We loved our stay in this apartment. It is spacious, yet still cozy and suited our needs perfectly. It is impressive how warm the flat is for a UK house. We had to keep turning down the heat! It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, which is about a thirty minute walk to the center of Edinburgh. There are buses available to different destinations in a five minute walk up the street.

The living room is lovely, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are large. There are great views of the city from the upstairs bathroom. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the bedrooms need a little TLC. This is an old house which has obviously had problems with the roof leaking. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space for suitcases.

We did not use the garden, as it rained for most of our visit, but it is very pretty and sheltered.

Spot on for My Sister and I

The universe works in wondrous ways. The last time we were in Edinburgh we rented an apartment across from Tesco. The bathroom was tiny and hard to maneuver in. That one was not available and I am really glad it wasn't. This time we rented a Spacious and yes it is spacious Victorian which worked out perfectly for my sister and I. our mum lives two blocks away so we used the apartment as our hub for sleeping and showering before going off to spend the day with our mum. The bathroom was huge compared to some we have seen or rented which was really really nice.. Owner was really easy to communicate with. We will rent it again on our next trip if it is available. For those visiting Edinburgh this is close to bus and a brisk 15 minute walk to down town. I highly recommend this apartment no matter what reason you are visiting for. Thank you so much for renting it to us.

Spacious property situated in a quiet area of Edinburgh but very close to bus links into the city

Property was very spacious set out over 2 floors. The living room was large and had everything that you would require for watching TV, playing music and Wi-Fi. The kitchen was excellent and was fully stocked with all the utensils required.

There was a WC on the same level as the living room and kitchen which was handy.

On the first floor was the 2 bedrooms and shower/bathroom. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The shower/bathroom was modern and had a large bath and separate shower. You could also get views of Edinburgh through the sky light windows in this room.

The property was situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac on a tree lined street. It was only a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop and from here you could get a regular bus into the city centre or in the opposite direction to Ocean Terminal.

There was also a folder provided which gave lots of information on things to do and places to eat or buy food if you were eating in.

All in all we would highly recommend the apartment and although we only stayed 3 nights we would have happily stayed for more as everything is in place to enjoy a longer stay.
